Among them there are obvious favorites, an anthill cake made from cookies (step by step) without baking, one of them. Such a memory, arising from frequent meetings with him at a party, at banquets and buffets, that he is only prepared as a dessert. This cake cannot boast of a particular variety of options, but it is curious that for each housewife, with the same set of goods, the cake comes out with a different taste.

Naturally, this is not magic, different types of cookies are simply used, and even with a slight deviation in the proportions of goods, the taste changes. We will present three recipes for this delicious delicacy, with boiled condensed milk, chocolate-nut paste and independently prepared chocolate glaze, so you get a light anthill and two dark versions, by the way, most reminiscent of it.

Recipe with condensed milk

- cookies of any kind - 500 g,
- boiled condensed milk - 1 can,
- walnuts - 200 g,
- butter - 100 g,
- raisins - 200 g,
- poppy seeds for decoration - 3 tbsp,
- sesame seeds for decoration – 2 tbsp.

We break the cookies into pieces; it is better not to use a masher for this, because very small crumbs come out, which changes not only the beautiful appearance of the cake, but even its taste.

Walnuts should also not be broken very finely; it is better to cut them into small pieces with a knife.
We wash the raisins and leave them in a wet state so that they swell slightly and add their flavor to the “anthill” cookie cake (step by step) without baking.

Mix the softened butter with boiled condensed milk and beat with a mixer into a fluffy mass. If there is no ready-made boiled condensed milk, then it can be completely cooked without the help of others, so why place the jar in water so that it is completely covered, put it on fire and cook for about 2 hours, depending on what mixture you need final result.

Now all we have to do is mix all the prepared ingredients for the no-bake cake, which we will do with the help of a wide spoon or spatula.

We grate the chocolate on a large grater and sprinkle it on the cake quite tightly, sprinkle a mixture of poppy seeds and sesame seeds on top.

- cocoa powder - 4 tbsp,
- butter - 30 g,

- poppy seeds - 3 tbsp.,
- sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.

In this recipe, you don’t need to bake the cake layers, but you will have to cook the icing, but it’s worth it. The fact is that you will like this option for its special unique combination of flavors, as well as the ability to regulate the degree of sweetness of the prepared cake, only this recipe has this opportunity. After all, you can’t change the amount of sugar in either condensed milk or chocolate spread, plus syrup, and also sugar in cookies. Thus, the “anthill” cake made from cookies (step by step) without baking turns out, although very tasty, but still, by modern standards, unacceptably sugary.

It’s a completely different matter if you make the chocolate paste (glaze) yourself, it won’t take much time, and you can enjoy the delicacy without worrying about calories.

So, having prepared all the necessary products for the cake, we begin by preparing the chocolate paste. Place sour cream, cocoa powder, sugar and butter in an iron pan, stir everything thoroughly.

After trying several options and making some changes, I found, in my opinion, the most delicious and simple recipe. I’m glad to share with you my experience on how to make an “Anthill” cake from cookies.

Now is the time to outline how to prepare the Anthill cake according to my recipe with photos and step-by-step annotations in the traditional version:

  1. Break the cookies (with your hands or a rolling pin) into pieces.
  2. Mix butter with condensed milk.
  3. Add nuts (peanuts) and butter with condensed milk to a container with cookies and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place the resulting mixture in the shape of a pyramid on a tray.
  5. Decorate with icing or poppy seeds, or jam and grated chocolate.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for several hours to soak. You see, the Anthill cake has a fairly simple recipe and is simply prepared without baking from cookies.

  • 400–500 g of flour or a little more;
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.

Manufacturing

Place a can of condensed milk in a saucepan, add water and boil over low heat. Make sure that the liquid does not boil away. If you are in a hurry, take ready-made boiled condensed milk.

Beat the eggs with a fork. Take 250 g of softened butter and stir with sugar to form a homogeneous mass. Pour in the eggs evenly, add salt and soda. Add flour little by little and knead the dough until it becomes elastic and does not stick to your hands. Then wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Grate the finished dough on a large grater or pass through a meat grinder. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and greased with vegetable oil. Bake for approximately 20–25 minutes at 150–170°C. Then cool and break into small pieces.

Ingredients

  • 150 g walnuts (can be replaced with hazelnuts or almonds);
  • 400 g cookies;
  • ⅔ teaspoon cinnamon - optional;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of poppy seeds.

Manufacturing

Chop the nuts. Break the cookies into small pieces with your hands. Mix with cinnamon and nuts.

Beat the cream from the butter with condensed milk without lumps. Stir into the cookies and place on a plate in a mound. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for several hours.

Add the yolks with sour cream and knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Divide it into several parts, wrap in cling film and leave in the freezer for 1 hour.

Remove the dough and pass it through a large-hole meat grinder directly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 220 °C for approximately 10 minutes, during this period of time stir 2-3 times. Cool the finished dough and crumble it into small pieces with your hands.

Lightly fry the nuts without oil for 2–3 minutes, then cool. Place in a frying pan along with the remaining sugar and add 10 g of butter. Stir and cook over medium heat until the sugar melts and coats the nuts. Then pour this mixture onto the silicone mat. When it cools down, crush it with a kitchen hammer so that small pieces come out.

Soften 180 g of butter and beat with boiled condensed milk. Mix the finished cream with nuts and crumbled dough. Shape the cake into a cone shape. Pour melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with cocoa. Before serving, leave the “Anthill” in the refrigerator for several hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 testicle;
  • 200 g sugar;
  • 500 g sour cream;
  • 250 g flour;

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil;
  • 60 g cocoa;
  • 30–50 g chocolate.

Manufacturing

Mix the egg, 100 g of sugar and 100 g of sour cream. Combine flour with salt, baking powder and half the vanilla sugar. Then slowly pour in the egg-sour cream mixture.

Knead a soft and elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Roll it into thin ropes, no larger than a pencil in diameter, and cut into pieces of approximately 1 centimeter. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes at 180°C. Then transfer to a plate and cool.

In a bowl, mix the remaining sour cream with cocoa, regular and vanilla sugar until they dissolve. Stir the baked dough with the cream. Place in a bowl lined with cling film and fold the edges so that the cake is completely covered.

Place in the refrigerator for 10–12 hours. Then take it out and turn it over onto a plate so that the wide part is on the bottom. Grate the chocolate on a small grater and sprinkle on the cake before serving.
