Its originality lies in the fact that it has only one shortbread, and curd balls are baked into it, which is extremely beautiful when cut, because the dough will be chocolate and the balls will be snow-white. You can use whipped cream as a cream, and to make it even tastier, add the juice of 1 orange or half a lemon. But you can also top the cake with custard or sour cream. Try it!

For the test:

  • Flour – 250 g
  • Testicles – 4 pcs. + 1 protein
  • Drink or sour cream – 150 ml
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Sugar – 3/4 tbsp.
  • Milk or water – 50 ml.
  • Cocoa – 3 tbsp.
  • Soda – 1 tsp.
  • Vanilla sugar – 4 g

Curd balls:

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Sugar – 1/3 tbsp.
  • Yolk – 1 pc.
  • Walnuts, shelled seeds or coconut flakes – 50 g

Cream:

  • Cream or sour cream 33% – 200 ml
  • Juice of 1 orange

Step-by-step recipe preparation:

Grind the yolk with sugar, add cottage cheese and chopped nuts, coconut flakes or seeds, mix until smooth.

Make balls about 3 cm in diameter from the mixture and place them in the freezer while you prepare the dough.

Immediately turn on the oven at 180ºC. And we will need a mixer.

Prepare the dough: beat the butter with sugar and vanilla, add all the eggs and the remaining white one at a time and, continuing to beat, add the mixture of flour and baking powder.

The dough comes out with a mixture of thick sour cream.

Divide the dough into two equal parts, and to one of them add cocoa diluted in milk or warm water.

Line the mold with parchment, grease with oil and lay out a layer of snow-white dough. It needs to be leveled.

Now the best part is to carefully pour the chocolate dough over the snow-white dough, place it not at one point so as not to fall through, but sparingly, over the entire surface.

We also level it, trying to create an even layer, and place the curd balls on top.
