Recipe for “Cherry Pie”:

Place sugar and egg in a cup and beat with a mixer.

Add sour cream and soft butter, mix well.

Add 1/4 tsp to flour (1 cup + 1/4 cup). soda., knead the dough, it will not be very thick.

For the inside, mix sour cream, sugar, starch.

Take a springform pan (mine d=22 cm), put parchment on the bottom. Carefully lay out the dough.

The “highlight” of this pie is the combination of two types of dough. The inside should not be very watery, so that it can saturate the bottom layer and at the same time not spill too much. For the inside, you can use the freshest berries or fruits, or jam (as in this case).

1. To make the pie you will need flour, butter, eggs, mayonnaise, soda, sugar, cherry jam, baking powder, cinnamon, sunflower oil and breadcrumbs.

2. First, prepare the dough for the bottom layer. For this, 1 tbsp. Chop flour with butter.

3. Add the egg, mayonnaise and slaked soda.

4. Knead the dough. Add remaining flour as needed. The dough should be soft enough, but not sticky in your hands.

5. Roll into a ball and put in the refrigerator while we prepare the other components of the pie.

6. Prepare the dough for the top layer. Beat eggs with sugar.

7. Add flour, mayonnaise, baking powder and cinnamon.

8. Knead the dough with careful movements. The mixture will be like thick sour cream.
