When the water boils, add sour cream, salt, pepper and spices. Place the frozen dumplings in one layer on a baking sheet and pour the filling on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven. Sprinkle the finished dish with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
