Naturally, tomato sauce will come in handy. If you don’t have time to make it, buy a ready-made one. I will make it from tomato paste. In the summer, you can use puree from new tomatoes.
It will be useful for you:
- cottage cheese - 200 gr.
- drink – 200 ml
- egg - 1 pc.
- soda - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
- whole grain flour - 430 gr.
For the sauce:
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. full
- garlic - 4 cloves
- oregano - 1-2 tsp.
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- mixture of peppers - to taste
- vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.

1.Pour 200 ml of kefir of any fat content into a deep bowl. Add a teaspoon of soda to it and stir. The extinction reaction will begin and bubbles will appear.

14. Grease a round pan (I have a springform bottom) with vegetable oil. You can take an ordinary rectangular baking sheet, this will not affect the taste.

15.Pinch off a piece of dough from the overall ball and stretch it along the bottom of the pan with your hands. It’s easy to create, the mass is flexible. Try to create a thin layer, about 3mm.

17. Sprinkle a little grated cheese on the sauce. Then the rest of the filling: chicken, I tear it with my hands into fibers, sausages, pieces of mushrooms or pickled cucumbers.
