Step-by-step recipe for making Vegetable snack balls with a surprise with photos
So let's get down to business:
Boil the carrots, then grate them on a grater with large holes.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Using a medium hole grater, grate the cheese and egg whites. Place all prepared ingredients in one container, add mayonnaise, salt and stir.
Next, take a teaspoon, use it to scoop up the mass that you have left, put a nut in each part of the mass, which you have previously fried. Next, give the mass with the nut the shape of a ball, the nut should be in the center.
Now grate the boiled beets and also grate the cheese. Rub the egg yolk here. Add mayonnaise, mix the ingredients, the mass should acquire a watery consistency.
Now again take a teaspoon, scoop out the beet mass, and in the center place the herring cut into fillets, again give the mass with the herring the shape of a ball. So, make a lot of balls.
Transfer the finished products to a serving dish, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for an hour. That's all, the vegetable surprise snack balls are ready!
