Of the huge number of salads, a very significant part is occupied by pasta salad. This ingredient is often found in Italian salads. Here are some recipes for making these salads.

Salami and pea salad

  • pasta (preferably small) - 500 g
  • fresh green peas - 200 g
  • chopped olives - 100 gr
  • salami - 100-150 gr
  • celery - a bunch to taste
  • salad dressing (Italian) - 2-4 grams
  • milk - 2 tablespoons
  • sour cream - 1 glass
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 cup

Boil the pasta in boiling water, add salt to taste, then wash in cool water and dry. In a bowl, mix the milk products and seasoning, whisk until smooth.

In a salad bowl, mix prepared pasta, salami, peas, olives, celery. Add milk dressing, while adding half a glass. Place in the refrigerator. Before serving, stir again; if the pasta is very dry, add the remaining milk dressing.

Chicken salad

  • sesame seeds - a quarter cup
  • butterfly shaped pasta – 480 g
  • vegetable oil - half a glass
  • rice vinegar - a third of a glass

  • shrimp – 200 gr
  • lemon juice - 50 g
  • honey melon - 1 piece
  • avocado - 1 piece
  • celery – 200 gr
  • dill - one bunch
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • cream - 3 tablespoons
  • cognac - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper - one pinch

Boil salted water and cook the pasta until tender. Moisten the shrimp with cool water, dry and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cut the melon into 2 parts, then remove the core and seeds. Using a sharp knife, cut out the melon pulp. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, cut into slices, and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.

Thoroughly wash the celery, peel and chop finely. Do the same with dill, and throw in a few sprigs to decorate the salad at the end.

Mix fruits, pasta, herbs, shrimp and season with sauce. Add yogurt, cognac, cream to the mayonnaise, season with salt and cayenne pepper, and mix. Garnish the salad with the remaining dill.

  • pepper (Bulgarian) – 2 pcs.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • cheese – 50 gr.;
  • lemon – ½ piece;
  • olives – 10 pcs.;
  • soy sauce – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • sour cream – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • oil (olive) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • greens, pepper, salt - to taste.

Boil the feathers in slightly salted water. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, peppers into strips, garlic and cheese into small cubes. Fry all the vegetables for 2 minutes - peppers, garlic, beans, tomatoes, adding them to the pan one by one. Boil the shells until tender. Thaw and boil seafood for 5 minutes. Mix lemon juice, mustard powder, salt, pepper, oil, pour the mixture into the seafood cocktail and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Disassemble the broccoli into florets, throw into boiling water, boil for 5 minutes, add zucchini slices to the broccoli a minute before the end. Ingredients:

  • pasta (spirals) – 200 gr.;
  • fish (hot smoked fillet) – 400 gr.;
  • cucumber (pickled) – 2 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • yogurt – 100 gr.;
  • oil (vegetable) – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • vinegar (apple) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • mustard (powder) – 1 tsp;
  • curry – 2 tsp;
  • dill – 1 bunch;
  • salt, sugar, pepper - to taste.

Boil the spirals until cooked. Break the fish fillet into pieces. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into cubes. Mix all the ingredients, sprinkle with chopped dill and pour over the sauce. For the sauce, beat the yogurt with a fork, pour in the oil evenly, add mustard powder, curry, salt, sugar and pepper, and add vinegar at the end.
