  1. Peel the bananas and cut into 4-5 pieces. Peel the apple from seeds and peel, cut into medium-sized slices.
  2. Grind the apples in a blender, then add the berries and continue blending. If the mass comes out very thick and does not whip well, you can add a little cool mineral or boiled water.
  3. Once smooth, add the bananas to the blender and continue blending.
