  2. In a cup, mix salt with flour and fill the prepared onion rings with the consistency given to us.
  3. Stir well so that all onion rings are moderately coated with flour.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings until browned in small batches.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate covered with a cardboard towel to remove excess oil.
