  1. Cook the poultry fillet in salted water. After cooling the chicken meat, divide it into thin fibers or cut into small pieces.
  2. Three boiled eggs on a large grater.

After cutting, place the tomatoes in a separate bowl and when they give juice, drain it so that the salad does not “float”.

Cut the freshest cucumbers into long, narrow strips. If you have a Korean carrot grater, then it is best to use it.

All that remains is to deal with the cheese. We grate it on a medium grater. It’s great if you get long stripes.
