Pork soup

Tapei Cattle Trader's Soup

Hello, dear cooks! Here I am! I don’t understand about you, but I miss you. The separation dragged on: first illness, then a trip to the dacha. I didn’t cook practically anything for a week and a half. I visited the website only from time to time to respond to comments. But no one canceled the anniversary! Unfortunately, life has brought some adjustments: the promised signature jellied fish has been postponed for now. That is OK! There are plenty of other worthy recipes. And now I'm here for you with one of them. This recipe caught my eye on the Internet a few months ago. First of all, my eyes were drawn to the title; it was very unusual. And finally, it was his turn. Well what can I say? I cooked the soup late in the evening and poured a jar each for my husband and son to take to work. After dinner, the husband called with the words: “Wife, the soup is a test!” Pass!” The son, coming home from work, said: “Mother, awesome soup!” Well, my daughter and I were simply in ecstasy. I must say that this soup actually consists of only one meat. There is more meat in it than even in homemade hodgepodge. A very meaty, very masculine soup))) I didn’t make a mistake in the title, it sounds exactly like this: cattle dealer’s soup (and not cattle, as is imposed, based on the rules of the Russian language). So, my HUNDREDTH recipe is Tapei Cattle Trader Soup!

Thick German soup “Pichelsteiner”

I love recipes with a story or a captivating title. Well, I came across this recipe on the Internet. The preamble was as follows: Bismarck Stew – also called “Pichelsteiner” – is a rich thick soup that is prepared with 3 different types of meat. He was especially fond of the German Chancellor Bismarck when he was vacationing in the Bavarian resort of Bad Kissingen. Thick and satisfying, “Pichelsteiner” is included in the golden collection of the 100 most recognizable recipes from different countries of the world. In his honor, in the German town of Regen, a holiday has been held for 130 years with night boat rides, a costume procession, a colorful fair and fireworks. Well, do you think I could resist such a recipe? Naturally not! I have prepared it. very tasty and satisfying, but... I thought it was a bit simple. I started to find it. and found it. And what I found, more about that below.

Swabian soup with pork and barley

Zhannochkin gave me the link to the recipe for this very cool soup, for which she received a small bow and a sea of thanks. An indescribably tasty, rich, catchy soup, and it is prepared very simply and quickly, especially if you have a little boiled barley on hand. Give it a try, you won't regret a minute. Men especially like the soup, because there is SO MUCH MEAT in it. Real man's soup! Recipe from Olya (website Kharch.ru)

Hunter's soup “Shulemka”

My dad taught me how to cook this hearty and thick soup. It is usually cooked after a hunt from freshly slaughtered meat, and you can even try it at home! The dish is not the lightest, because all the ingredients are fried. But it's worth trying once. I offer a “homemade version” of this roast soup. Good quality, regular, delicious soup!

Soup “Bob goulash” in Transcarpathian style

Hungarian thick soups occupy pride of place in world cuisine. Fragrant, rich bean goulash with several types of meat, beans, smoked ribs and classic chipettes captivates with its rich taste. It's perfect for a winter lunch. Bean goulash is so satisfying and rich in taste that it simply doesn’t make sense to cook a second dish on this day. One of them is enough to change both the first and the second. There is no one recipe for bob goulash; every housewife prepares it in her own way. Some people use a mixture of pork and beef, some cook it with sausages, some with ribs. At first it was cooked in a large cauldron. at 10-15, at the stake. And now my version of bean goulash for making at home.

Mushroom soup

In just 20 minutes. This mushroom soup is quite ordinary, but very tasty. It’s easy to prepare, and the meat pies will be a good addition to the soup.

Pork soup with champignons and peas

A real winter soup: thick, rich, warming, satisfying. Join us!

Thick tomato soup

An unusually tasty and easy-to-make soup. This is one of my favorite signature recipes!

Autumn soup “Pot, cook!”

What a blessed time this is - autumn! I love her. I like everything about the dawn: the gold and copper of the plants, the rain, the bad weather. but what I like most is the abundance of different vegetables. And how many tasty and healthy things can be prepared from them, without falling into unnecessary waste, as in winter or spring. So now we have soup. Rich, super-vegetable, fragrant. Real autumn soup!

Daily special soup with dumplings

This is a soup for any day, easy to prepare. No matter what kind of housewife, even a beginner, she will prepare it with ease. It will especially appeal to those who really love garlic – its taste and smell. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Pork soup . Pork soup is one of the first courses. This is usually a rich, rather fatty dish, filling and nutritious, because pork is a high-calorie and fatty meat.

It would be correct to prepare soup from a piece of pork without a layer of fat on it. Soup cooked with pork ribs has very good taste. It’s good if they are smoked, in which case the soup will have a pleasant smell of fresh smoke.

There are a huge number of options for making pork soup. It is convenient to cook pork soup in a saucepan, cauldron, or in a multicooker bowl.

To prepare pork soup in a slow cooker, you should place a piece of pork (300-400 grams) in its bowl, then add cold, unstained filtered water, turn on the “stew” mode and cook the meat in this mode until almost done. From time to time it is necessary to remove the foam from the broth.

When the meat is boiled, place it on a plate, cut into pieces, and strain the broth from it. Pour a little vegetable oil into a clean multicooker bowl, then sauté finely chopped onions and grated carrots in it. When the vegetables are ready, add diced potatoes to them, also pour out the strained broth, add the meat, salt the broth, add dark ground pepper, turn on the “stew” mode and bring the pork soup to readiness.

This is just one option for making pork soup. In fact, during the manufacturing process, you can add other ingredients to such a soup - cereals, legumes (beans, legumes), pasta, dough dumplings and other ingredients.

You can add chopped herbs (in plates) to pork soup; it can also be served with crackers made from wheat or rye bread, croutons, toast, and fried bread.

Anyone who tries this solyanka at least once will forever remember the unique taste and smell of Ukrainian solyanka, it’s delicious, satisfying and fragrant. I warned you. )

Quick broth from stew. Fast, simple, accessible.

I love soups. I make various soups with dumplings. Now I have soup with pork broth. The soup comes out faster if you cook the broth in advance.

In the autumn, we sometimes get greenish tomatoes. When there are a lot of them, we look for preservation recipes, but if there are only a few, we don’t know what to do with them. Prepare a nice autumn soup with greenish tomatoes. You’ll use the tomatoes and feed your family deliciously.

Now we will prepare Montenegrin meat chorba. This is practically the same creamy cream soup, only with its own subtleties. This is a very tender, tasty and satisfying dish. Your household will literally love it. And having prepared such chorba, you can feel like you’re not in the Balkans.

First courses are an integral part of every person’s diet. We offer you a recipe for pickle soup with crackers. If you want to prepare a rich soup with a thick mixture, then this recipe is exactly what you need.

I’ll say right away that I don’t cook this soup very often. Because even though I use pork tongue, I still have to tinker with it longer than with meat. Now I just really wanted the broth from the tongue, and the tongue itself. And the soup itself is quite simple to make.

Pork and bean soup is prepared in a slow cooker. The soup has a rather special taste, which is given to it by the chili pepper.

The broth is cooked on the pork knee (knuckle), lentils, vegetables and pearl barley are also added to the soup.

It is clear that the base of any pickle consists of pickled cucumbers and, usually, brine. Other ingredients (meat and cereals) are added as desired. Therefore, I propose to prepare for you a very exciting version of rassolnik, which both you and your household will definitely like - rassolnik with buckwheat, the recipe of which was shared with me by a friend.

Now I propose to cook greenish borscht with sorrel and rice. This is a rather unusual combination of goods for borscht, but you literally will not remain indifferent, because it is very tasty.

10 most delicious pork soup recipes

Pork soup is an obvious dish, but that doesn’t make it the least tasty. Typically, it is cooked using one or two methods, although it can be varied even more. This collection contains 10 of the most delicious recipes for pork soups, from traditional to Korean and Czech - which version is better?

10. With dumplings

Soup with dumplings is a rather unusual dish, but at the same time very ordinary in preparation, and if you cook such a soup with pork, as in our recipe, it will turn out to be very rich and tasty.

To make it you need to take 600 grams of lean pork, 4 medium potatoes, 1 onion and carrot, allspice (5-7 pieces), salt, spices and herbs to taste. Also useful is 1 egg and 4-5 tablespoons of flour - obviously tablespoons - for dumplings.

We carefully wash the pork and put it on the fire, and at this time you can prepare the frying and dumplings. Finely chop the onion (you can do larger ones if you want), grate the carrots. Fry for 10-15 minutes and you're done. Making dumplings is even easier: salt the sifted flour and add an egg, knead the dough.

Meanwhile, the meat is cooked: take it out and add potatoes to the broth, which must be cut into cubes. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes and add the frying.

We wait for it to boil and throw in the dumplings, simply pinching off pieces of dough. If it turns out a little runny, it’s not a failure; dumplings can be created with a teaspoon. The last ingredient is chopped meat, herbs and spices.

9. With buckwheat

Buckwheat soup with pork is a dish that any housewife (well, any owner too) has probably prepared. This means that cooking can be mastered even with minimal kitchen skills.

The set of ingredients is simple: 500-700 grams of pork, half a glass of buckwheat, 1 onion and 1 carrot for frying, 4 medium potatoes, 2 bay leaves, salt, pepper, herbs and your favorite seasonings (the consistency of herbs is unsurpassed).

Let the meat cook; when it boils, skim off the foam. Finely chop the onion, three carrots and fry it all over medium heat until the appropriate color. When the meat is cooked, take it out and add the washed buckwheat, and after another 10 minutes, add the potatoes. At the end, all that remains is to add the roast, chopped meat, herbs and seasonings, and don’t forget to add salt.

8. With champignons and bell peppers

For this soup you need 700 grams of boneless pork, 400 grams of champignons (if you have other mushrooms, feel free to use them, it will be a different tasty soup), 2 onions, the same amount of carrots, and 2 burgundy and green bell peppers , although yellow is also suitable. You will also need 5 potatoes, 40 grams of butter, salt, spices and herbs.

Chop the onion and fry it with olive oil, adding butter at the end. Next comes carrots, cut into cubes - another 10 minutes, then meat - for another 20 minutes. After this, chopped mushrooms and bell peppers.

Add a little water and simmer for 20 minutes. Later, everything is transferred to a saucepan, filled with water and brought to a boil. The final touches are potatoes, another 15 minutes of cooking, and spices and herbs. You also need to add salt at the end.

7. With corn

An excellent vegetable and at the same time meat soup is prepared from 500 grams of pork, 1 onion, carrots and bell peppers, 4 tomatoes and 150 grams of new or frozen corn kernels. In addition, you will need 2 bay leaves, 3 potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. If you wish, you can add herbs, and if you have 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, then absolutely great.

Cut the meat and bring to a boil, skim off the foam, add the bay leaf and cook for 25 minutes, then add the chopped vegetables and potatoes. After another 20 minutes, when they are cooked, corn . At the end, throw away the bay leaf, salt and pepper, add sauce and herbs.

6. Rassolnik

For a rich pickle you need to take 300-400 grams of pork ribs, 100 grams of pearl barley, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 4 potatoes, 3 pickles, 50 ml of brine, salt, pepper, spices and herbs to taste.

First, rinse the pearl barley, fill it with water and leave to swell. Next, cut the ribs along the bones and set to cook for 30-40 minutes. At the same time, we fry: finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a large grater and fry for 10-15 minutes.

When the ribs are ready, add the cereal and potatoes, wait until it boils, and cook until the potatoes are ready. At the end, add the frying, finely chopped cucumbers and brine. Add salt and pepper to taste, and finally you can sprinkle with herbs - dill, parsley, etc.

5. Czech

We need: 400 grams of pork, 2 onions, 4 potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic (more if you like it spicy), 1 egg, 1 carrot, several pieces of black bread, bay leaf, salt and pepper, also 5-6 sprigs of parsley.

Place a piece of meat on the stove and bring to a boil, skimming off the foam. Cook until done with bay leaf. While it is cooking, fry the onions and carrots, add finely chopped garlic for almost 1-2 minutes.

We take out the meat, add the potatoes, cut the pork and also into the pan. When it’s cooked, add the frying agent. Lightly beat the egg with a fork and pour into the soup in a thin stream. At the end, add spices and herbs.

We cut the bread into cubes and dry it in a frying pan or in the oven - we throw these croutons into the Czech soup right at the moment of serving.

4. Bean

Apart from beans (1 cup) and pork (300-400 grams), a completely normal set of goods will be useful: 2 onions, 1 carrot, 4-5 potato tubers, 3 cloves of garlic, 1-2 bay leaves, salt, pepper, herbs.

Soak the beans for 2-3 hours, after which we set them to cook. When it boils, drain the water, add new water and cook until almost done, adding meat and bay leaf.

Then add potatoes, fried onions, carrots and garlic, salt and pepper to taste. At the very end, the greens - and the soup with beans and pork is ready!

3. Rice

There is nothing complicated in this recipe either: the set of ingredients and the process of making rice soup are as ordinary as possible. Place 500 grams of chopped pork into a saucepan and cook, skimming off the foam with the bay leaf.

When the meat is almost ready, add potatoes (4-5 pieces), and after another 10 minutes, carefully washed rice.

The final step is frying 2 medium onions and 1 carrot (it can be coarsely grated or finely chopped), salt, spices and herbs. If you want some spice, you can add a few cloves of very finely chopped garlic to the frying.

2. Korean

A rather unusual soup that will amaze almost everyone, but it’s definitely worth trying. Cut 400 grams of pork into small strips, cut 4 potatoes into strips.

Place in a deep container, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 50 ml of soy sauce and squeeze out 3 cloves of garlic. Stir and let stand for 20 minutes.

When the time is up, put everything into a pan (with a thick bottom - this is a must), add oil and fry for 15 minutes. Fill the Korean soup and cook until done, not forgetting to add finely chopped green onions and salt and pepper to taste 5-7 minutes before the end. Before serving, you can season the soup with another 50 ml of soy sauce, but this is optional.

1. With vegetables

Despite the fact that all the soups on our list contain vegetables, here they come to the fore. Not counting pork (500 g) and potatoes (3 medium tubers), tomatoes (3-4 pieces), bell peppers (1-2 pieces), onions (1), carrots (1), broccoli (100-150) are added to it. gr), and greens.

to create a fry for vegetable soup : cook the meat, add potatoes, then chopped vegetables, salt and herbs. If desired, you can add black pepper and garlic.
