Recipe 1: With orange pulp

Ingredients:

  5. Grease the mold with a small amount of butter.
  6. Pour half of the dough into the mold, then spread the filling in an even layer, pour the remaining dough on top.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200⁰ in advance. Bake the charlotte with oranges for 45 minutes.
  8. Serve the slightly cooled pie with sweet powder, lemon zest or sour cream.

Recipe 2. With zest

The taste of charlotte will be transformed if you add zest along with the pulp. It will enhance and highlight the sweetness and exoticism of the fruit.

Cooking:

Step by step recipe:

  1. Wash the fruits, remove the skin, veins, and seeds. Cut everything into small cubes, add a small amount of sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs until foamy using a mixer.
  3. Now add sugar to the eggs, stirring continuously. Wait until the sand is completely dissolved.
  4. Sift the flour, mix with vanilla sugar and add in small portions into the beaten egg.
  5. Stir the dough until it forms a homogeneous mass.
  6. Fruits can be added directly to the dough, placed on the bottom of the mold (this will be the top of the finished pie) or placed in the center of the charlotte.
  7. Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish and place the fruit filling.
  8. Leave the charlotte to bake for 40 minutes. Cabinet temperature - 180⁰.

Recipe for “Orange Charlotte”:

Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk, continue beating, add sugar and gradually add flour and baking powder.

Wash the oranges. Remove the zest from 1 orange, you will get approximately two teaspoons.

Peel the oranges, separate them into slices, if there are seeds, remove them. Cut each slice into two parts.

Add the zest and oranges to the dough and mix gently.

Lightly grease the mold (bottom and walls up to half the height), pour in the dough.

Cook in the “baking” mode for about 65 minutes. Check the readiness of the charlotte with a wooden stick; if the inside is raw, then add another 15 minutes of baking (which is what I did). Upon completion of production, turn off the device and open the lid. Throw the finished charlotte in the pan for 3-4 minutes, then turn the pie over onto a wire rack and cool.

With the advent of winter, on the eve of the New Year holidays, when even the air itself smells of tangerines, I want something more exciting than the usual apple pie, with colorful citrus notes. Orange charlotte is an excellent substitute for its “apple sister”. Almost all of my girlfriends like this option much more than usual.

Preparing charlotte with oranges is as simple and quick as with apples. But what a smell, what a color! Not to mention this wonderful juicy taste! In general, I highly recommend it for winter gatherings with a cup of tea! Shall we start cooking?

Ingredients

  • 4 large testicles;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 cup flour;
  • 2 medium oranges;
  • baking powder;
  • butter for greasing the mold.

How to make charlotte with oranges

First we prepare the oranges. Remove the zest from washed and towel-dried fruits. I really love candied oranges, so I always carefully remove the zest and never throw it away. We also remove the snow-white layer. First, let's cut off beautiful thin pieces - they will be useful for decoration. Turn the remaining orange slices into medium slices.

Just like for any other charlotte, we make biscuit dough. Beat the eggs with sugar thoroughly. It is not necessary to separate the whites from the yolks. But it won’t be superfluous to cool all the products and add a pinch of salt or a drop of orange juice. The egg-sugar mixture should become fluffy, almost snow-white, with a light cream color.

Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder. In terms of quantity, you can take a little more than a glass. For reinsurance, so to speak. Add the flour into the beaten eggs in portions, stirring from top to bottom with a spoon. If it seems to you that it comes out very liquid, then you can add a little more flour. The mixture should yield sour cream of medium thickness.

Grease the pie pan with softened butter, lightly dust the entire inner surface with flour, tapping the side with your palm so that the flour is moderately distributed. Pour out a huge half of the dough and level it out. Place chopped oranges on it. If you want a very sweet charlotte, then you can sprinkle 2-3 tbsp on the oranges. Sahara. I love the light sourness in the baked goods given to us.

Pour the remaining dough into the mold and give it 5 minutes so that the surface evens out on its own. Now we lay out the previously prepared thin slices of citrus and send all this beauty to an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

So, I present to your attention a selection of recipes for apple charlotte, not the ordinary one, but also with the addition of oranges.

Yes, this is such a non-standard dish, but it has a unique taste and a very fragrant smell that will fill your entire home. The oranges add sweetness and a delicate texture to the cake. Such pastries can be safely served on a festive table - everyone will be happy.

Prepare all the products you will use in advance and thereby save yourself time. The cooking process itself will not take much effort from you - this is a simple recipe that even a novice cook can handle.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar - 1 cup
  • Apples - 2-3 pcs.
  • Oranges – 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil - grease the pan

We will beat the dough using a mixer, so we immediately begin to prepare the dough in it. We break the eggs there, turn on the equipment at the highest power.

Then we begin to add sugar and flour one by one, continuing to stir. The finished dough will be thick, like sour cream. Now take the prepared pan, grease it with vegetable oil on the sides and bottom (so that the cake does not stick to the dish). Pour half of the dough into the container.

Apples and oranges will come in handy for this step. We wash the fruits and remove the skins. We disassemble the orange into slices, and cut each slice in half. Cut the apples into 4-6 parts. Place assorted fruits on the dough.

Pour the rest of the dough on top of the apples and oranges. That's all, put the charlotte in a preheated oven (up to 180 degrees) and bake for about 30-40 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer or a toothpick (if there is no dough left on the piece of wood when pierced, then the baked goods are ready).

Our recipe is suitable for equipment of any company and model, just adjust the mode in accordance with the capabilities of your own multicooker.

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 4 pcs
  • Orange – 1 piece
  • Wheat flour - 500 gr
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs
  • Granulated sugar - 200 gr

We begin to knead the dough - break the eggs into a deep bowl, beat them with a fork or mixer. Add sugar, beat again until the sand dissolves. Now add flour little by little. Pour the third part of the finished dough into the multicooker bowl.

Wash the orange and peel it. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Cover the orange with another piece of dough.

Carefully wash the apples under running water and cut them into small pieces. Our apples have a narrow skin, so we didn’t peel it. Pour out all the remaining dough. Set the desired mode, click Start.

How to cook charlotte with apples and oranges in the oven without eggs

Reluctance to add eggs may be caused by a number of circumstances. This is an allergy or serious fasting. Therefore, for those who want to eat delicious sweet pastries, but without adding eggs, I specially add this recipe. Don’t deny yourself the little joy of tasting delicious charlotte.

Making such a pie will not be a hassle at all, everything is simple and quick. We measure out the required amount of goods and go to the sweets.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 1.5 cups
  • Sugar – ¾ cup
  • Apples – 3 pcs.

  • Vegetable oil - 1/3 cup
