Thanks for the recipe! Everything worked out. Very tasty cookies! I only baked it at 230 degrees for 30 minutes, but this is the highlight of my oven)

I didn't like the recipe. Quite a lot of oil.

I liked the cookies, thanks for the recipe. I used margarine instead of butter. It is necessary that the cottage cheese is not watery, then you won’t have to add a lot of flour.

The dough doesn’t come out watery, what are you talking about))) Maybe they used soft butter. I just took it from the refrigerator, cut it with a knife in a bowl, mixed it with cottage cheese, a little flour, and then kneaded it on the table and slowly added flour. I constantly add flour by eye and bring it to the mixture, but it doesn’t turn out to be more than 2 glasses, well, maybe 2.5. But the baking time doesn’t agree. Firstly, my oven allows you to set the temperature to 160 or 180 (from the closest ones), I took 180, baked for 15 minutes, looked - they were so pale, and added another 7 minutes. It turned out surprisingly tasty)). Next time I think I’ll add vanillin or cinnamon, I’ll experiment))

Cottage cheese cookies Triangles with sugar. 4 recipes

For example, I don’t really like cottage cheese in its pure form. That’s why I try to use it in baking - I cook Triangles. These cookies turn out quite filling, not dry and nutritious. The taste of this fermented milk product is not felt at all. My family eats quite quickly. Plus, you don’t need a lot of ingredients and it bakes quickly. You can take cottage cheese of any fat content, pasty or granular. Do you want the most tender taste? Choose pasty. Or grind the granular one in advance with a blender or rub through a sieve.

These sweet triangles make just a good dessert! It's all about the sweet dough from which they are made. Savory, layered, with a gentle taste, children will especially love them. And you don’t feel any cottage cheese at all.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cottage cheese 5% fat;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 200-250 g flour;
  • 1/2 tsp vanillin;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 1 tbsp sweet powder;
  • 100 g sugar (for sprinkling).

Manufacturing:

1. Add sweet powder and softened butter to a bowl with cottage cheese and grind it all to a homogeneous mixture using a food processor.

2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and vanilla. Then add this mixture evenly in parts to the kneaded curd mass. You should get a soft, homogeneous dough.

In the dough, huge pieces of cottage cheese are unacceptable, but small pieces are completely acceptable.

3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and lay out the dough. Knead it with your hands and roll it into a layer 5 mm wide. Using a glass, cut out circles approximately 7 cm in diameter.

5. Before serving, cool our cookies. They come out with a crispy crust and tender puff pastry inside!

Would you like the least calorie dessert? Then you can cook it without adding oil. Even in this case, the Triangles turn out to be airy. And in order for them to be tender, you will have to finely chop the curd.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g cottage cheese;
  • 1/2 cup yogurt;
  • 1 testicle;
  • 3 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 300 g flour;
  • 1 tsp baking powder.

1. Grind the cottage cheese well with yogurt and sugar into a homogeneous mass. Add the egg and mix again.

Roll the purchased semicircle in sugar again and fold it in half again - you get a triangle, which also needs to be rolled in sugar.

Recipe for cottage cheese sweet cookies with soda

Here's another fun recipe using baking soda. Our grandmothers used to prepare such delicious pastries, which were instantly swept off the table. Prepare it for your own children and you won’t have to buy different sweets from the store for them.

Cottage cheese cookies “Triangles” with sugar

Here is a traditional recipe for those cottage cheese triangles, which has been known since ancient times. Thanks to its creator.

  • Cottage cheese 3-5% - 250 gr.
  • Flour – 250 gr.
  • Butter – 100.
  • Baking powder – 10 gr.
  • Sugar.
  • Cinnamon.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it is very soft.

Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, mash it a little, especially if it is grainy. Add oil product. Stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Add flour and baking powder. Do not add all the flour at once, as depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese, it may take a little less. Continue stirring the contents. Use a spoon at first.

Then, when it becomes difficult to mix with a spoon, start working with your hands. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball. Hide the lump in a bag and place it on the refrigerator shelf for 40 minutes.

Roll the chilled dough into a thick sausage. Divide into three parts.

Roll each part into a flat cake approximately 3 mm wide. Cut the circles using any method.

Make triangles. To do this, pour sugar on a plate. Take a circle of dough in your hands. Dip one side into the sweetness.

Dip the folded piece into the sweet crystals again and fold it again.

Sprinkle with sweetness one last time. As a result, you will get something like this, as in the photo.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Sprinkle the cookies with cinnamon.

Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven. Oven temperature – 180 o C. Baking time 15-20 minutes.

And here is the result of your labors - wonderful cottage cheese cookies!

Curd ears can be baked without harmful products. More precisely, without butter, replacing it with a vegetable analogue. This fact does not have a sufficient effect on the properties and taste of the triangles; they will still be crispy and unusually tasty.

  • Cottage cheese – 250 gr.
  • Flour – 200 gr.
  • Sweet sand – 100 gr.
  • Sunflower oil (unflavored) – 4 huge spoons.
  • Baking soda - on the tip of a spoon.
  • Vanillin – a pinch.
  1. Place the curd product in a bowl, pour in the oil. Grind the mixture.
  2. Add vanillin and soda. Then add flour in two additions. Stir vigorously to create a mixture. If you need to add flour, add little so as not to clog the dough.
  3. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave it alone for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Roll out into a layer (thickness 3-4 mm), using any device, cut out circles. Determine the size yourself, almost everyone loves small cookies, but the standard is round cookies the diameter of a glass.
  5. Place sweet sand on a saucer. If you like cinnamon, you can add it to the sweetness. From time to time I add coconut flakes, it makes the cottage cheese cookies taste unusual.
  6. Dip the rounds in sugar, roll the sweetness inward. Dip into the grains again, and again wrap into a triangle. The sweetener should also be on the outside of the cookies.
  7. Place the triangles on a baking sheet, lined with buttered baking paper.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.

  1. Grate the cooled block of butter on a large grater or chop it into small pieces with the blade of a knife.
  2. Mash the cottage cheese vigorously with a fork. We get rid of hard lumps so that the dough comes out soft and homogeneous. Place the curd mixture in a container with butter shavings.
  3. Sift most of the flour, combine with baking powder and vanilla. Add to the butter-curd consistency and knead the dough by hand.
  4. Add flour in small portions until the soft mass stops sticking to your palms. We gather the dough into a ball and place it on the refrigerator shelf for 30 minutes.
  5. After the designated time, dust the rolling pin and the working surface of the table with flour and roll out the chilled curd dough in parts into a layer 4-5 mm wide. Using a molding ring, the neck of a glass or a cookie cutter, cut out round cakes with a diameter of 7-8 cm.
  6. Pour the sugar into a comfortable flat bowl. Each flatbread is generously breaded on both sides with sweet sand. Fold the dough circle in half, then in four. As a result, we get triangular pieces with a generous layer of sugar both outside and inside.
  7. We transfer the future curd cookies “Triangles” to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Don't forget to keep a distance between the pieces, because the baked goods will increase in size. Place the baking sheet with the curd triangles into a pre-heated oven. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. This will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
  8. Before serving, be sure to cool the finished curd cookies “Triangles” (or “Crow’s Feet”).
