  • chicken fillet without skin - 750-800 g;

  • oil - 30 ml.

How to cook:

  1. Place pieces of unblemished meat under cling film and beat off one side first, then turn over and do the same on the other.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Peel 2-3 cloves of garlic and squeeze them into the cheese.

  • chicken breast with skin and bone - 500 g;
  • ham - 180-200 g;
  • mayonnaise - 100g;
  • salt;
  • garlic;
  • greens - 20 g;

  • cheese - 150 g;
  • oil - 40 ml.

What to create:

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken breast and carefully remove the bone.
  2. Cut the purchased fillet lengthwise through its entire thickness into two layers.
