    NECESSARY:

    Lobster (400 g)
    70 g Jerusalem artichoke
    Ravioli 3 strips of dough (30 g)
    50 g celery stalk
    15 g butter
    2 g lemon
    300-400 g water

    Birmante sauce:

    15 g butter
    5 g cream

    Asparagus sauce:

    60 g asparagus
    15 g potatoes
    30 g onions
    15 g cream

    Lobster broth:

    Lobster head
    50 g onion
    50 g carrots

    HOW TO COOK:
