Ingredients
- onions – 1 pc. (small)
- ham – 100 g
- sweet pepper – 1/4 pcs.
- tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
- chicken eggs – 2-3 pcs.
- salt and pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil – 1.5-2 tbsp. l.
Manufacturing
Peel the onion (small) and cut into thin half rings or quarter rings. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until it becomes soft and slightly browned. Don't burn the onion!
Chop sweet pepper into cubes. Fry everything together for a few minutes, stirring. You don’t need to use a lot of pepper, just a quarter is enough, because it has a rather intense taste that can overwhelm everything else in the dish.
Cut the ham into small cubes. Place in a frying pan and fry with onions and peppers until light golden brown.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Send them into the frying pan as a last resort and fry for almost a minute. Add salt to taste.
Create small indentations using a spatula or spoon.
And break into their testicles. Sprinkle each egg with a little salt and pepper. Cover and cook for a few more minutes until the whites are set.
Serve hot, topped with fresh herbs and a slice of bread. Bon appetit!
