Thin pancakes with apple sauce (grated apples)

  • milk - 250 ml;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - 1/4 tsp;
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l. (with a slide);
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp;
  • apple (green, sour) - 1/2 pcs.;
  • butter - 30 g.

Quantity: 8 pcs.

Preparation time: 5 min.

Production time: 30 min.

How to bake pancakes with apple sauce

  1. Pour milk into a suitable bowl, add eggs, salt and sugar.
  2. Using a whisk, stir everything well.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder through a sieve into an egg-milk consistency bowl.
  4. Stir all ingredients to break up any lumps of flour. Add sunflower oil and mix everything well again.
  5. Now let's prepare the apple. For the presented amount of dough, half a medium-sized half will be enough. Since the dough is sweet, use a greenish sour apple for baking. Wash it, cut it in half and remove the core. Grate on a small grater.
  6. Add the apple mixture to the dough and stir with a spoon.
  7. Lightly grease a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Spread the dough evenly over the surface and bake until browned on each side.
  8. Grease any prepared pancake with butter.

I rolled the pancakes into triangles, you can serve them the same way or wrap them in any sweet filling. In my opinion, neither option is inferior to the other in taste.

How to make pancakes with apples

  1. Divide the egg into yolk or white. Place the yolk in a bowl for kneading the dough, add salt, sugar and vanilla to it. Pour in half the milk and mix the ingredients together.
  2. Add sifted flour and knead the dough.
  3. Pour in the oil.
  4. Add the rest of the milk and whipped egg white. Leave the mixture for 20 minutes.
  5. Peel and core the apples and cut into slices 2-3 mm wide.
  6. Heat a frying pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Place apple rings and heat for 30 seconds.
  7. Carefully pour in the pancake batter. Do not vigorously rotate the pan as usual, as the apple slices will move to one edge. Bake the pancake for one or two minutes until browned.
  8. Slowly, use a wide silicone spatula to turn the pancake over, picking up the apple rings. Continue baking.
  9. Transfer to a plate with the roast side up. Roll up until it cools down.

Decorate the finished pancakes with mint leaves, lime, and sprinkle with sweet powder. We set the table. It is better not to store pancakes, because... When stored, they lose their crunchy characteristics and appetizing appearance. When serving, the dessert can be supplemented with sweet jam or fresh cottage cheese.

Thick pancakes with apples

  • apple - 1 pc. (200-220 g);
  • testicle - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 100 g;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. or to taste;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • soda - 1/4 tsp;
  • vegetable not much for frying;

  1. Peel the apple and remove the seed. Three on a large grater in a bowl.
  2. Break an egg into the baked egg, add flour mixed with soda and salt. There is no need to extinguish the soda, apple acid will handle this.
  3. Mix and get a dry mixture, as in the photo below.
  4. Pour milk. The amount of milk can be adjusted so that you end up with a thick but fluid dough. Again, pay attention to the photo. Another beauty of these pancakes is that you don't have to worry about making lumps. Let the mixture stand for 10-15 minutes.
  5. During this period of time, you can clean up and melt the butter. 50 grams will be enough.
  6. Pour one tablespoon of oil into the frying pan. Heat slightly. We put the dough out with a ladle and the reverse, rounded side distributes it over the frying pan - as if smoothing it out.
  7. Fry until crusty on the underside. Then we pick it up with a spatula and turn it over. Bake again until crusty.
  8. Remove the pancake from the pan. Place on a plate and pour over melted butter.
  9. We do the same with the remaining dough.

The pan in which I fried it is small - approximately 18-20 cm in diameter. This format yielded 4 plump pancakes.

When I made pancakes with apple sauce for the first time, I was very surprised - they were very tasty, with a distinctive apple taste. Although the apple itself in the pancake was several times smaller compared to the apple inside. Well, the fact that such pancakes were prepared much easier and faster was an additional prize for me. Since then I have often cooked for myself and my family. Kids really like these pancakes. I always choose sweet and fragrant apples for dough. And I serve the pancakes straight from the frying pan - they are the most delicious when it’s hot. I fry them quite often and in an indispensable order - for Maslenitsa.

Let's prepare the necessary products - this is a traditional set for pancakes. Almost everyone adds one chicken egg for this amount of water. But for would-be cooks like me, it’s better to create the most “comfortable” dough for frying pancakes. Moreover, the apple sauce will create additional difficulties during frying and will tend to tear the delicate thin dough.

Beat a couple of the newest chicken eggs into a deep bowl. Add granulated sugar or sweet powder. Basically, you can add a couple of pinches of ground cinnamon for more flavor. Throw a pinch of salt into the bowl.

Now pour in fresh milk of any fat content - it can be at any temperature, it doesn’t matter.

Start stirring everything vigorously with a whisk. At the same time, add the previously sifted wheat flour, without stopping stirring.

Grate a fresh washed apple on a large grater, leaving only the core. Place the apple in the bowl with the dough and continue stirring.

Pour into the dough a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil with a neutral taste and no aroma - in other words, refined. Stir until the last lump dissolves. You can let the dough sit for 20-30 minutes.

To fry the first pancake, it is better to grease the pan with vegetable oil. Pour a little pancake batter onto the hot surface and spread it over the entire area of ​​the pan. Fry over low heat for several minutes.

Carefully flip the pancake over to the other side and fry for another minute and a half. Then remove the golden pancake from the pan and fry the next one.

Serve the delicious pancakes right away. Before serving, pancakes with apple sauce can be sprinkled with sweet powder or grated chocolate, sweet sauce, condensed milk or honey.

Ingredients

  • Frisky yeast – 10 g + –
  • Milk – 700 ml + –
  • Snow-white granulated sugar - 5 tbsp. + –
  • Wheat flour – 150 g + –
  • Salt – a pinch + –
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs. + –
  • Vegetable oil – for frying + –
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. + –
  • Apples - 2 pcs. + –
  • Cinnamon - to taste + –

How to fry yeast pancakes with apples with your own hands

  1. Because our yeast is fast-acting, we knead the dough right away. Heat the milk to a temperature of 40°C and mix in part of the sugar (2 tbsp) and part of the flour until the mass becomes homogeneous.
  2. Pour in a packet of yeast, add other ingredients: eggs, salt and the remaining flour, making sure not to create a very viscous dough. When it is ready, cover with a lid and place in a warm space for 1.5 - 2 hours.
  1. It's time to start preparing the inside! Wash and peel the apples, cut them into medium slices.
  2. In a frying pan - not the one in which we plan to fry the pancakes - melt the butter and lay out the raw apples. Pour them on top of 2 tbsp. sugar and simmer over medium heat, stirring continuously. Let stand for 4-5 minutes, season with cinnamon and heat for another minute.
  3. Pour a little oil for frying into another pancake frying pan and, when it warms up, pour in the first layer of dough. Place 1-2 tbsp on top. cinnamon apples and pour over a second layer.

Fry any pancake as described above on both sides. Because the inside has already been heat-treated, we just need to bake the dough and we can turn it to the other side.
