Cottage cheese casserole with semolina in the microwave - recipe with photo

This recipe for cottage cheese casserole allows you to slightly vary your diet. In addition to cottage cheese and ordinary goods, bananas are added to the dough, which will decorate the baked goods with their fruity taste and smell.

You can add banana to a casserole using two methods: throwing it into the dough in pieces or mashing it into a puree along with the main ingredients. Thanks to the acid content in the cottage cheese, the banana will not darken, and the casserole will have a pleasant creamy color.

Ingredients

  • Granular cottage cheese: 350 g
  • Testicle: 1 pc.
  • Sugar: 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • Banana: 1 pc.
  • Semolina: 3 tbsp. l.
  • Butter: 10 g
  • Salt: a pinch

{Instructions} manufacturing

Peel the bananas, cut into small slices, and place in a blender container.

Next, beat in one chicken egg.

Blend the contents to achieve a smooth mixture.

Immediately load the grained cottage cheese into the container in the indicated volume.

Add a dose of sweet sand and a pinch of salt.

The recipe uses a small amount of sweetener, since bananas are added, which is what will make the dough sweet.

Beat the cottage cheese and banana mixture in a blender until smooth.

Lastly, add the cereal into the dough. Turn on the kitchen machine again to get a homogeneous mixture.

Grease a baking dish well with butter, covering the bottom and sides of the pan. Pour in the curd dough. Place the casserole in the microwave, set to the highest power, for example, 840 watts. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. The exact baking time may vary depending on the selected power.

Cool the finished casserole, cut into portions, and serve with a cup of strong tea.

Recipe for a fluffy and tender casserole made from cottage cheese and flour in the microwave

A cool option for a very ordinary afternoon snack or breakfast. For such a casserole, you can use cottage cheese of any fat content, but a medium mixture.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g cottage cheese;
  • 4 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 3 testicles;
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter;
  • 0.3 tsp. zest;
  • 1 pinch of vanilla;
  • 0.3 tsp. baking powder;
  • 3 tbsp. l. sweet powder.

The exact amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the main product. If the curd is dry, 2 spoons is enough. You can also cook with semolina; for this quantity of goods you need 2 tbsp. l. But there is another aspect - the mass needs to be given time to brew for 10-15 minutes, only after that put it in the microwave.

What to create:

  1. In order for the casserole to come out fluffy and warm, the cottage cheese must be ground. You can use a blender for grinding.
  2. Add yolks, baking powder and flour to it. Also zest, vanilla. You can use cinnamon or not add any aromatic substances.
  3. Pour in half the amount of oil. Grind until smooth.
  4. Grease the pan in which the casserole will be prepared with the remaining oil.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the powder evenly.
  6. Combine the whites with the curd mass, stir gently, trying not to create foam.
  7. Place everything into the mold and smooth it out.
  8. Place the casserole in the microwave for 8 minutes. Cook at 800 Watts.
  9. After the signal, throw the dish inside with the door closed for 10 minutes, let the casserole get stronger.

  2. Grind the cottage cheese with sugar and eggs, add vanilla and cereal.

  6. Cook for 2 minutes at 800 W, then let stand for 1-2 minutes without opening the door.

Tips and advice

It is convenient to cook casseroles in the microwave in silicone molds. Nothing sticks to them, the material does not melt.

In addition, you can choose any size, create a traditional huge casserole or for one serving in cups for muffins or cupcakes.

In order for casseroles to come out of glass and clay molds perfectly, it is necessary not only to grease them with oil, but also to sprinkle them with flour, semolina, and breadcrumbs.

You can add cocoa powder to any casserole recipe and the result will be a completely different look and taste.

I succeeded, but only without the golden brown crust like in the picture. I cooked with semolina and used sakhzam instead of sugar. 8 minutes is not enough, in some places it took 15 minutes to prepare. I used a silicone mold and covered it with a board on top because... I didn’t find a cover that fits))) Very tasty! Thanks to the creator for the idea!)

It turned out disgusting. 8 minutes is not enough!! A slurry came out, although I made it with cornmeal, which by definition dries, and I added more of it than was written. As a result, I had to spread it on a larger surface a second time so that it would at least be completely baked. Although the son ate almost everything with gusto and appetite. But next time I’ll modify the recipe to suit myself, absolutely

VERY tasty! Added a little more sugar. Simply amazing! Thank you

Thanks for your enthusiasm for my recipe :))

A very ordinary and delicious recipe

Now I’m sitting, reading the reviews, I should have read them before the process, but I was in a hurry, everyone wanted to have breakfast, at the same time I perfectly prepared an ordinary breakfast in the form of scrambled eggs, otherwise everyone who was hungry would be tired of such a casserole

I transferred the cottage cheese, covered it with a lid, it tried to escape, it was watery, later it completely turned into glue, now I’m peeling off all the dishes as if it were watery glue. Next time I’ll find the recipe in the oven, this one didn’t work with homemade cottage cheese.

This dish doesn’t look at all presentable in the video (but I’ll try to cook it anyway!)

But everything worked out for me. I usually combine semolina with kefir (for 60 g of semolina 160 ml of kefir) in advance and let it stand. And only later with soda do I add it to the cottage cheese and eggs. Yes, I beat the eggs beforehand with sugar. I also add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. The dough comes out quite liquid, pours out of the bowl perfectly, and not as stiff as in the video. There is NO NEED to cover the casserole with a LID. That’s why it seems to me that nothing worked out for almost everyone. Steam appears under the lid. The cottage cheese is boiled (stewed) and not baked. Personally, I put it in a silicone mold and put it on the combi mode (60% microwave, 40% grill) on a stand for 15 minutes. Later, I turned on the full grill for 5 minutes to get a golden brown crust on top. I had 650 grams of cottage cheese.

Recipe for “Curd casserole in the microwave “Paradise””:

In a mixing dish, beat the eggs with a whisk.
Add a pinch of salt, sugar, vanillin to them.
Mix everything thoroughly.
I added sweet powder instead of sugar.
Next add cottage cheese and semolina.
To obtain a homogeneous mixture, first grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat it.
But, I like the grains of cottage cheese to be felt.
Not so obviously natural, but still.
That's why I just painstakingly mixed everything.

Add milk and mix everything thoroughly again.

Divide the mass in half.
Add cocoa to one part and mix thoroughly.

Take a silicone mold and alternately spoon out both curd masses.
My daughter eats this casserole, so she specially got a form in the shape of “Kitty”.
Place the mold in the microwave at 600 W.
for 12 minutes. I would like to see that virtually everyone has microwaves with this power.

Our beautiful and fun breakfast for the whole family is ready.
