Salad dressings

An excellent dressing can completely change any salad: make it tastier and more aromatic, or highlight the natural taste of the product. Salad dressings are usually prepared on the basis of vegetable oil, fermented milk products - sour cream, yogurt, soft cheese or mayonnaise, adding mustard, vinegar, ketchup, juices, soy sauce, various seasonings, honey, finely chopped herbs or vegetables (for example, pickles, olives or tomatoes), mushrooms, and sometimes even alcohol. The choice is huge, and the outcome depends on your imagination. By the way, lean (in other words, without eggs and dairy products) salad dressings can be no less unique and tasty.
