Step-by-step production

Step 1:

Prepare ingredients for making cookies. It’s better to take high quality flakes, they will soften better and not be hard. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance; it should become soft. The recipe is made for chocolate chips, if you don't have them, use regular dark chocolate. Don't be surprised by the presence of salt; it will enhance the taste of the chocolate. Use cocoa that needs to be boiled, not instant cocoa.

Step 2:

Place flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Stir all dry ingredients.

Step 3:

Place soft butter and sugar in another bowl. Grind them until smooth. You don’t need to use a mixer, but use an ordinary silicone spatula. The goal is not to beat the products, but only to mix them well.

Step 4:

Add eggs to the oil. Add them one at a time, thoroughly mixing the mixture after each step.

Step 5:

Pour the watery part into the dry ingredients and stir.

Step 6:

If you took chocolate instead of drops, then chop it into small pieces.

Step 7:

Add chocolate and cereal to the dough. Stir. You will get a fairly thick homogeneous mass. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until the butter hardens slightly. This will make it easier to form the cookies.

Step 8:

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Use your hands to form round cookies, place them on a baking sheet, leaving space between them - the cookies will increase in size during baking. Lightly flatten the top of each cookie. I got 11 pieces, but you can create 12, then the cookies will be size 1.

Step 9:

Preheat the oven to 180°C, top-bottom mode. Bake cookies for 15 minutes. Remove the finished cookies from the paper and cool on a wire rack.

Very tasty, soft, mega-chocolate cookies! The flakes add some structure, and the chocolate inclusions add a pleasant note. It's quick and easy to prepare!

  • sugar – 200 g;
  • oat flakes (you can get oats from the “minute” series) – 200 g;
  • butter or margarine – 200 g;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
  • one bar of high-quality chocolate (bitter or black is recommended);
  • flour – 100 g;
  • soda (quenched with vinegar);
  • a pinch of salt;
  • vanilla powder to taste.

To make oatmeal chocolate cookies, you will need to follow the following procedure:

  1. The main component flakes are mixed with flour, soda and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, eggs with sugar and margarine are perfectly beaten (it is recommended to take the oil product out of the refrigerator in advance so that it melts slightly).
  3. Two components are combined, watery and dry masses. Mixes well, eliminating the formation of lumps.
  4. Chocolate, chopped into pieces in advance, is poured into the purchased dough.
  5. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Pour the thick mixture into the mold in the form of small circles. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. The dessert is baked for 20–30 minutes.

No-bake oatmeal cookies: a quick recipe

Chocolate oatmeal cookies can quickly become a “lifesaver” during the unexpected arrival of guests. The process does not require heat treatment, so its implementation takes very little time.

  1. Mix 180 g of sweet sand with half a glass of milk, 50 g of butter, 5 dessert spoons of cocoa and put on a slow fire. After boiling, the mixture should boil for no more than 2 minutes.
  2. 50 g of butter and a glass of ground flakes are poured into the watery consistency. Vanillin is added for a special taste and wonderful aroma.
  3. After boiling, the cookies are formed on a plate and left in the refrigerator until hardened. Dessert is ready!

Oatmeal cookies with chocolate, nuts and carrots

The usual sweet recipe can be mixed with a vegetable - carrots. The baked goods turn out very tasty and will amuse the whole family.

  1. Melted margarine (0.5 kg) is mixed with 100 g of sugar and a teaspoon of vanillin.

For cases when there is no ability or desire to use the oven, there are many no-bake recipes. These are various desserts, cakes, pastries and almost everything else, for the production of which it is possible to do without an oven. Now there will be such cookies - chocolate oatmeal. We will cook as usual from rolled oats.

What comes out in the end? The cookies are quite pleasant to the taste, slightly reminiscent of sweet sausage (especially if you add nuts). On the first day the texture is slightly rough, and later becomes softer and more uniform.

  • coarse oat flakes – 400 g;
  • sugar – 400 g;
  • milk – 100-150 ml;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • peanut butter – 100 g (can be replaced with cream);
  • cocoa – 100 g.

Quantity: 20-30 pcs.

Production time: 40 min. + 20 min. to cool down.

It is recommended to take coarsely ground flakes; fine ones are not very suitable for this manufacturing method - cookies will be difficult to form with them.

A little more milk may be required. This will become clear during the mixing process.

Oil and pasta must be removed from the refrigerator in advance.

How to make no-bake oatmeal cookies

    1. Pour sugar, cocoa into a saucepan with a thick bottom, put butter, pour 100 ml of milk. Place on the stove over medium heat.
    2. Stir, the mixture will first turn into a thick paste, such as in the photo.
    3. We continue stirring continuously and in the end we get a watery chocolate fudge.
    4. When bubbles begin to appear on its surface, turn off the heat, remove the pan and let the mixture cool until warm.
    5. Pour the cereal into a large bowl. Pour in warm fudge and stir.
    6. Now add the peanut butter. It will give the cookies a slight peanut scent. But you don’t have to use it specifically; you can replace it with regular cream.
    7. Mix, if the volume is larger, it is better to do it with your hands. If the mass is very dry (crumbles and does not look like a very thick dough), add a little more milk (50 ml).
    8. Line a baking tray with baking paper. We take it in our hands with a slight consistency, approximately the size of a walnut. Roll into a ball and flatten it with your palms, giving it a cookie shape. Place on a baking sheet. And so on until we use the entire mixture.
    9. Place the cookies in the freezer for 20 minutes. During this period of time it will “get stronger” and can be transferred to a container or bag.

    It is imperative to store cookies in the refrigerator. At room temperature it will not hold its shape well, and it will deteriorate quickly.

    The cookies come out quite chocolatey and are sure to please those with a sweet tooth. As I already wrote, you can add walnuts to the “dough”, and on top of the cookies you can roll them in coconut flakes, waffle crumbs or shortbread crumbled in a blender.
