But the current recipe will literally amaze you with the result - Nezhenka apple puree one hundred percent lives up to its name: this is a very tender dessert that simply melts in your mouth.

This homemade apple puree contains condensed milk and sugar, which gives the finished dish a wonderful creamy taste, pleasant silky thickness and a subtle fruity smell. You can eat it just like that as a dessert, use it as an addition to pancakes or pancakes, and even layer it into cake layers.

To make a tender and very tasty apple puree, take apples, condensed milk, sweet sand and water. Apples of any kind are suitable, even if they are not perfect: crumpled, soft. The main thing is that they are not putrefactive. By the way, I advise you to use apples that are sweet and sour or even sour, so that the finished apple puree is not too sweet. 3 kilograms is already in purified form.

We take huge-sized dishes with thick walls (a cauldron is ideal). Wash the apples, peel them and remove the seeds. We mercilessly cut out all substandard places. Grind the pulp into small pieces. Pour a glass of water over the apples, cover the dish with a lid and simmer everything over medium heat until the fruit slices soften. Depending on the type of apple, this will take 20-25 minutes after boiling. If your apples are a bit dry (in other words, not very juicy), feel free to add more water so that the fruit does not burn.

When the apple slices begin to fall apart, add sugar, mix everything well, cover again and simmer the fruit over medium heat until completely softened. Approximately another 15 minutes. Just remember to stir the contents of the pan several times so that the apples do not stick to the bottom.

When the fruit slices are practically one hundred percent boiled, we break through the apple mass with a submersible blender. If you don’t have one, you can crush the apples with a mashed potato masher, but in this case you will not be able to achieve 100% smoothness and uniformity.

After all, our hidden ingredient is sweetened condensed milk. Pour it into the apple puree and mix everything well.

Bring to a boil (I would say faster than gurgling) and cook for another 5 minutes so that the mass warms up well.

In fact, that's all - the recipe for Nezhenka apple puree is very simple and straightforward. All that remains is to put the finished treat into sterile jars - I got about 2.5 liters. Personally, I find it most convenient to sterilize jars in the microwave. To do this, you need to wash them in a soda solution, rinse and pour approximately 100 ml of cool water into each. Steam in the microwave at the highest power for 5-7 minutes each (for 0.5-1 liter jars). Just boil the lids for about 5 minutes. My little one really loves fruit puree, but for some reason it always comes in small portioned jars (from store-bought puree) - they say it tastes better for them.

We seal the jars with lids prepared in advance, cool them with their bottoms up and store them in a dry, black, preferably cold place - a basement or cellar. If you have enough space in your refrigerator, store it there. I don’t store this apple puree at room temperature, so I can’t vouch for the results.

Nezhenka applesauce 100% lives up to its name: it is unusually tender, smooth, and moderately sweet. My mother-in-law, by the way, said that she had never tried anything like this in her life - how tasty and fragrant apple puree was.

  4. Grind the soft apple mass using any convenient means. You can wipe the still warm mass using a sieve.
  5. Add sugar and cream to the puree. Stir and cook, stirring constantly for 20 minutes.
  6. Pour the bubbling apple puree into jars. Screw the lids on the jars tightly.
  7. Turn the jars upside down and cool under a blanket.

“Nezhenka” puree traditional recipe

  • Drinking water – 0.5 cups
  • Sugar – 50 gr.
  1. Wash the apples, remove the skin and stems, remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes.
  2. Place the apples in a saucepan and add water so that it is 1.5 cm higher than the apples.
  3. Simmer over low heat until the fruit is semi-soft, stirring constantly so that the apples do not burn.
  4. As the apples begin to fall apart, add sugar and stir.
  5. Boil. Pour in condensed milk.
  6. Test and adjust sweetness to your own taste. Add sugar as needed.
  7. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove the mixture from the heat and use an immersion blender to puree.
  8. Pour the prepared apple puree into sterilized jars, screw on the lids tightly and let cool under a blanket or rug to room temperature.
  9. Place the finished puree in the cellar or on the balcony.

The puree stores well, and its taste is superbly tender and sweet. In addition to regular consumption, it can be added to desserts and cereals.

An applesauce recipe that chocolate lovers will love. And cocoa powder will help us achieve the deepest chocolate taste. And the creamy taste comes from the addition of condensed milk.

  • Ripe soft apples – 3 kg.

  • Condensed milk - half a can.
  • Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Water – 60 ml.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoon.
  1. Wash the apples, peel and cut into small pieces.
  2. Place the apples in a saucepan, add water and lemon juice and place over low heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil and cook until the apples are soft.

To make applesauce with condensed milk for the winter, I take the products according to the list.

Wash the apples, peel them.

I cut each apple into 4 parts and remove the core.

I cut the apples into slices.

Add water to the chopped apples and put on fire. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the apples until soft over medium heat (approximately 20 minutes). During this period of time, I stir the apples a couple of times so that they do not burn.
