Ingredients:

  • shrimp – 200 gr;
  • crab sticks - 120 g;
  • squid – 200 gr;
  • reddish caviar – 2 tbsp;
  • eggs – 3-4 pcs;
  • green onions - 3 feathers;
  • mayonnaise – 150 gr.

Manufacturing method:

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes in salted water, cool. Grate the white separately on a large grater and the yolk on a small grater.
  2. Thaw the shrimp by placing them in boiling water for 1 minute, drain in a colander and remove the shells and heads.
  3. Cut the squid into rings, 0.5-1 cm wide, place in boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the crab sticks and green onions.
  5. Mix cooked seafood and egg white, add half of the green onions and season with mayonnaise.
  6. Place the salad on a plate, spread reddish caviar on top and sprinkle with green onions.

Neptune salad with reddish fish

This salad can be layered using a cooking ring or a square pan. They must be removed when serving.

Instead of mayonnaise, make a dressing with kefir or sour cream. It comes out spicy.

Ingredients:

  • lightly salted pink salmon fillet – 250 g;
  • potatoes – 2-3 pcs;
  • carrots – 1 piece;
  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs;
  • eggs – 3-4 pcs;
  • canned green peas – 75 g;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

For refueling:

  • mayonnaise – 200 gr;
  • horseradish sauce – 1 tbsp;
  • table mustard – 1 tsp;
  • garlic – 1 clove.

Manufacturing method:

  1. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs until tender.
  2. Grate pickled cucumbers, drain excess liquid, potatoes, carrots and egg whites.
  3. Cut the fish fillet into thin slices.
  4. Chop the garlic clove and mix with the salad dressing ingredients.
  5. Lay out the prepared foods in layers and coat with dressing. Place the first layer of pickles, potatoes, then half the fish, carrots, egg whites and green peas.

“Neptune” salad with crab sticks, crackers and pink salmon

To better soak the salad, break the crackers into pieces, or use garlic croutons or chips. Choose canned fish to taste or boil fresh fillets with salt and spices.

Ingredients:

  • canned pink salmon in oil – 1 can;
  • crab sticks – 100 g;
  • square cracker – 100 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • green dill – 2-3 sprigs;
  • mayonnaise – 200-250 ml.

Manufacturing method:

  1. Grate the cheese and boiled eggs.
  2. Drain the sauce from the canned food and mash the fish flesh with a fork.
  3. Place layers of prepared ingredients on a flat dish, layer with crackers and pour over a thin stream of mayonnaise. The order of the layers is as follows: eggs, fish, cheese.
  4. Cut the crab sticks crosswise and separate them into wavy strips.
  5. Cover the top of the salad with a narrow ball of mayonnaise, place a pile of crab sticks and sprinkle with chopped dill.

“Neptune” salad with squid and seaweed

  3. Prepare the salad sauce: mix mayonnaise and tomato sauce, add chopped garlic, onion and hot pepper.

Manufacturing:

  1. Boil the eggs, peel them, separate the yolks from the whites - only the whites are useful, they need to be cut into cubes.
  2. Clean the squid. (If the squids are frozen, first you need to defrost them, pour boiling water over them and remove the skin, which will curl up.) After this, remove the entrails and chord. The cleaned meat should be filled with cool water and, adding a pinch of salt, brought to a boil. Squids are cooked for no more than 2 minutes, otherwise the meat will become hard.
  3. You can boil the shrimp in the remaining water. If they are frozen, the process will take from 3 to 5 minutes; once boiled, just pour boiling water over them. When the shrimp have cooled, they need to be cleaned. If they are large, you can cut them into several parts.
  4. Cut the squid meat into half rings or thin strips.
  5. All ingredients should be placed in a prepared container and seasoned with mayonnaise or yogurt (sour cream is often used).
  6. Cool, salt and pepper to taste.

After just 1 minute, pour soy sauce into them and, without ceasing to stir, wait until all the liquid has evaporated. (Or follow the instructions on the package). Ready mussels will open (unopened mussels are not allowed to be eaten) and will acquire a salty taste and soft consistency. (If the mussels are fresh, place them in a hot frying pan, add 200 ml of water, reduce heat, keep the lid closed for 5-7 minutes.)
  4. Cut the squid into half rings or strips, combine with shrimp and mussels.
  5. Season everything with sour cream and mix thoroughly.
  6. Divide the salad among portioned plates and place reddish caviar on top. You can decorate the salad with the freshest greens. The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table.

  • lemon (1/2 pcs.);
  • ground dark pepper and salt (to taste).

Manufacturing:

  1. Boil the eggs, grate them on a small grater.
  2. Cut the fish fillets into thin slices or small cubes.
  3. Grind the almonds (but not into dust; you can grate them on a large grater).
  4. Wash and dry the salad, tear into small pieces, distribute among three serving plates (the number of ingredients is for 3 servings).
  5. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes/slices. Distribute the fruit pulp among plates, sprinkle with lemon juice (so as not to turn black).

Boil the eggs, cool, separate the white from the yolk, chop the white.
The yolk can be thrown in for decoration. Cook the shrimp in lightly salted water.
I chose small shrimp so as not to cut them later. Then we throw the squid into boiling water, having previously cut it into rings.
The most important thing is not to overcook them, otherwise they will turn out rubbery. Cut crab sticks.

Prepare this festive salad and it will capture your heart forever. Moreover, such a salad has a legitimate right to occupy a venerable space in the middle of the festive table. The Neptune salad is prepared very simply, tastes simply wonderful, and in appearance will amaze you with its sophistication and complexity.

So let's go make the Neptune salad with squid, shrimp and reddish caviar.

Naturally, it is better to use chilled crab sticks for such a tasty salad; they are much tastier.

It is better to take medium-sized shrimp, rather than mini shrimp.

  • Squids – 6 pieces
  • Small shrimps – 250 g
  • Crab sticks – 200 gr
  • Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 200 gr
  • Reddish caviar – 100 g
  • Salt - to taste

The first step is to defrost the crab sticks if you have them frozen. If they are chilled, then don't.

Shrimp, if just frozen, boil them in hot water for several minutes or as indicated on the package. You can add salt and pepper to the water to make the shrimp tastier. If the shrimp are boiled and frozen, then you just need to defrost them and just pour boiling water over them. Shrimp should be chilled.

Let the eggs boil. When they are cooked, transfer them to cool water to cool them quickly. Then peel them.

While the eggs are boiling, let's start making squid. To do this, boil water, not necessarily in a kettle or directly in a saucepan. There is no need to clean the squid yet. When the water is boiling, lower the squid carcasses into it and cook them for exactly 2 minutes, then remove them from the boiling water and place them in a bowl of cool water.

When the squids have been in the water for several minutes and have cooled down, you can remove the films and chords from them.

Cut the clam into half, and if there are films, remove them. Cut the clam into long strips.

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks; we will only need the whites. Cut the whites into long strips.

We also cut the crab sticks into long strips or large pieces.

Place squid, eggs, shrimp, and crab sticks in a salad bowl. Salt and pepper the salad a little. Add mayonnaise and mix the salad.

At the very end, add reddish caviar and mix carefully so that the eggs do not burst.
