A very tasty and tender pie, without oil and prepared very simply and quickly - only 1 hour. Not bad both warm and cool.

Ingredients:
Sour cream - 1 jar (250 g)
Egg - 3 pcs
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Wheat flour - 150 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Minced meat - 250-300 g
Onion - 1/2 head (or one small)
Salt, pepper to taste

Finely chop the onion, add to the minced meat, add salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Create small balls from the minced meat, place on a cutting board and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. From sour cream, eggs, flour with baking powder, knead the dough like for pancakes.

Grease the MV bowl with vegetable oil, pour out the dough and place the balls, pressing them lightly. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

“Baking” mode 50 minutes. Cool slightly and remove using a steamer.

Dough:
mayonnaise 170 g

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and eggs, mix, add flour, baking powder and salt, mix again.
The dough should turn out thin. Cut the potatoes and chicken into small cubes, add finely chopped onion, salt, dark pepper, mix well. Grease the mold with butter.
Place half of the dough (it’s easier with wet hands), smooth it out, put the filling on top, and the rest of the dough on it. Carefully level it out. The top layer may seem very narrow to you, but it will increase in volume later. Place in baking for 60 minutes. We wait until it cools slightly so that it does not fall apart, and carefully turn it over with the top, non-brown side down. It requires some skill, but I think you can handle it. Place in baking for 20 minutes. Later, turn off the heating and leave for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Ready!)

✅3. Hearty PIE WITH CABBAGE AND MINGING IN A CROCK COOKER!

Inside:
700 grams of cabbage,
300 grams of minced meat,
maybe 2 potatoes, mushrooms.

for dough:
3 eggs,
5 tbsp.
spoons of sour cream (15%), 3 tbsp.
spoons of mayonnaise, 6 tbsp.
flour, a bag of baking powder,
1 tsp.
salt, 70-100 gr. sl. oils

Fry the minced meat, put a layer of shredded cabbage in the mulch, a layer of minced meat, a layer of cabbage, you can also add potatoes in thin slices (2 pieces) and overcooked mushrooms, it all depends on your desire.

Pour in melted butter.

We make the dough, it should be like watery sour cream, pour the filling into the consistency and into the multicooker on the “milk porridge” mode for 35 minutes, then after that we turn on the “Pilaf/Buckwheat” mode so that everything is fried and evaporated.

Dough:
3 eggs
2 tbsp.
kefir (fat content 2.5%) 2 tbsp.
wheat flour 0.5 tbsp.
rye flour 0.8 tsp.
soda or 3 tsp. baking powder 0.8 tsp.
salt a small bunch of parsley and dill

Interior:
200–300 g lean minced meat
1 medium onion
half a pod of sweet reddish pepper (70 g) or 4–6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
0.8 tsp.
salt a pinch of dark ground pepper
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil for frying

Making a filling pie with meat entrails in a slow cooker:

1. For the inside, peel the onion and cut into cubes. If you are using bell peppers, wash them, remove the seeds and also cut the flesh into cubes. And if you are preparing the filling with sun-dried tomatoes, dry them on a cardboard towel to remove excess oil and cut into random pieces.

2. You can prepare the filling in a frying pan. And to create this in a slow cooker, turn on the “Frying / Baking” program. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, stirring, until transparent. Add minced meat and fry until color changes. Stir the minced meat from time to time and break up the lumps so that it comes out crumbly.

3. At the end of preparing the insides, add sweet peppers or tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, stir and simmer everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Switch off the “Frying/Baking” program using the “Heating/Off” key. Remove the filling from the bowl and cool to room temperature. 4. If you prepared the filling in a slow cooker, wash the bowl and wipe it dry, especially carefully on the outside.

5. For the dough, wash, dry and finely chop the greens. Mix both types of flour with baking powder. Beat the eggs with salt with a mixer or whisk, mix with kefir. Add flour and stir. Add herbs and stir again. The dough should be fluid, but not very watery, in order to retain the filling. If the dough is very liquid, add a couple of tablespoons of flour.

6. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a buttered mold or multicooker bowl.

7. Place the filling on top of the dough and pour the rest of the dough on top.

8. Turn on the “Baking” program for 55 minutes. At the end of the program, remove the bowl with the cake from the multicooker and remove it using the steamer tray.

9. If you want the pie to be well-fried on top and bottom, return it upside down to the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Baking” program for another 15 minutes.

✅5. PIE WITH CABBAGE AND MINT MEAT IN A MULTICOOKER!

INGREDIENTS:
white cabbage - 500 g
minced meat - 300 g
onions - 1 head
chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
sour cream - 100 g
flour - 6 tbsp.
baking powder - 1 dessert l.

PREPARATION:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.
2. Mix the cabbage with the already prepared minced meat.
3. With a fork, beat eggs with 1 teaspoon of salt, add 100 g of sour cream, flour, baking powder and stir until smooth.
4. Pour approximately half of our resulting dough into a well-greased multicooker bowl.
5. Place the minced meat and cabbage on top of the dough and fill it with the remaining dough.
6. Cook the pie with minced meat in a slow cooker in the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes on one side.
7. Turn the cake over using a steamer.
8. Place it back into the multicooker and cook for another 20 minutes in the “Baking” mode, but from the other side. Minced meat pie in a slow cooker is ready! A very tasty dish, and absolutely easy to prepare - I recommend it!
