Making savory baked goods in a slow cooker, especially according to tried and tested recipes, is never characterized by complexity or problems. So now I’ve decided to offer you a very tasty pie with my beloved pumpkin. If you don't like this product, don't worry - the corresponding pumpkin flavor is painstakingly masked with orange zest and cinnamon.

You can say that this is a quick baking recipe, because virtually everything that can be baked in a slow cooker is prepared quickly and easily. In addition, there are virtually no cases where baked goods in a slow cooker do not rise or remain uncooked.

I always use 200 ml glasses. We take the drink at room temperature, and the pumpkin weight is indicated in its already peeled form. The finished pumpkin pie can be sprinkled with sweet powder, but this is optional.

Making a dish step by step:

The recipe for pumpkin pie in a slow cooker includes the following ingredients: wheat flour, drink (any fat content), sweet sand, pumpkin, chicken eggs, orange zest, baking soda, lemon juice (you can replace it with table vinegar), ground cinnamon, also a little oil for lubricating the bowl.

First you need to soften the peeled pumpkin, but this is not necessary. We can bake it in the oven, boil it in a small amount of water, or steam it (I baked it). Place the pumpkin pieces in a blender, add sugar, add orange zest and blend until smooth.

Depending on the color intensity of the pumpkin, the color of the homogeneous sweet mass may vary. For example, a rich orange pumpkin gives a very beautiful, catchy color, while the most pale ones are not so active. But this does not change the taste.

Now pour the drink into the bowl, which must certainly be at room temperature.

Add pumpkin mixture, eggs, cinnamon and lemon juice to kefir. Mix everything.

Now add the sifted flour and soda.

Knead the pie dough until smooth.

Next, grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place the pumpkin pie dough into it.

Cook the pumpkin pie on the Baking mode for 1 hour 20 minutes. I have a 700 W multicooker, this is the time for it. If you have the most powerful device, reduce the baking time of the pie by 10-15 minutes. After an hour, you can open the lid and check the readiness of the baked goods with a wooden skewer or toothpick.

When the pumpkin pie is ready, remove it from the bowl using the steamer insert. Cool completely and serve.

Pumpkin pie in a slow cooker comes out fluffy, fragrant, moderately sweet and very tasty.

  • 5 g vanilla;
  • 5 g cinnamon;
  • 3 g nutmeg;
  • 3 g salt;
  • 90 g chopped walnuts;

  1. Pour sifted flour, spices and baking powder into one bowl. To ensure that all the ingredients are perfectly combined, stir the mixture with a whisk.

  • 200 ml pumpkin puree;
  • 2 testicles;
  • 180 g sugar;
  • 14 g baking powder;
  • 60 ml vegetable oil;
  • 70 g flour;
  • 70 g semolina;
  • raisins, nuts and spices to taste.

  1. Mix pumpkin puree with semolina and forget about it for 20-30 minutes. Semolina will perfectly absorb excess liquid in the puree and the dough will not be very wet.

  • 200 g cottage cheese;
  • 2 testicles;
  • 180 g sugar;
  • 130 g flour;
  • 5 g baking powder;
  • 15 ml vegetable oil.

Bakery:

  1. Grind the pumpkin pulp using a blender or small grater. Squeeze out the released juice with your hands.
  2. Beat the eggs into a fluffy foam with sugar, add a mixture of flour and baking powder, followed by the cooked pumpkin.
  3. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and transfer the dough into it. Place cottage cheese on top of it randomly with a spoon.
  4. Cook on the Bake/Cake setting for 45-60 minutes.

On kefir

Even the most ordinary kefir sponge cake recipe will be transformed into a catchy and fragrant dessert if you add the queen of Ozari - pumpkin - to its ingredients.

In this case, the proportions of goods will be as follows:

  • 200 ml kefir (or yogurt);
  • 180 sugar;
  • 2 testicles;
  • 200 g pumpkin;
  • 340 g flour;
  • 5 g soda;
  • 15 ml lemon juice;
  • 4 g cinnamon;
  • 5 ml vegetable oil;
  • 20 g orange zest.

Manufacturing method:

  1. Place the steamed or oven-baked pumpkin pulp into a blender bowl, add sugar and orange zest and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour a warm drink into the mixing bowl, beat in the eggs, sift the cinnamon and add lemon juice. Mix these products thoroughly and then combine them with the pumpkin mixture.

  • 150 g apples;
  • 260 g flour;
  • 200 g semolina;
