Recipe for making chicken fillet in tomato sauce:

Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Then cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add chicken fillet and fry over high heat without a lid, stirring with a spatula, until a slightly golden color appears. Salt the chicken and season with ground black pepper.

Place the fried chicken fillet in a small saucepan with a thick bottom or in a saucepan with high sides.

Prepare vegetables: peel and wash onions, carrots and garlic. Then grate the carrots on a large grater, cut the onion into thin half rings, and finely chop the garlic with a knife.

Recipe for “Chicken fillet baked in tomato sauce”:

Cut the chicken breast fillet into steaks and beat.

Add st. l. olive oil, a little salt, pepper, any favorite seasoning, chopped garlic and leave to marinate while we prepare the other ingredients.

Prepare tomato sauce. Place chopped onion and garlic in a frying pan with olive oil and sauté until the onion is translucent. Season it a little and add your favorite spices. Then add chopped tomatoes and, stirring, simmer until soft. After adding chopped parsley, simmer for another minute. The sauce is ready.

Cut zucchini and zucchini into slices.

Place zucchini and zucchini cut into slices in a baking dish in 2 layers, alternating them.

Place chicken fillet on top of the vegetables.

Grate the cheese on a small grater. Add breadcrumbs to half the grated cheese and mix. Lightly coat the chicken fillet with the consistency given to us.
