The squash took all the main properties of pumpkin and zucchini for themselves in full - they have the same thickened skin, and the flesh is even drier. It is for this reason that almost all housewives will certainly have a recipe for stuffed squash in their cookbook - in a slow cooker or oven: they are opened in the same way as a pumpkin, cutting off the top, which will then serve as a “lid,” and scraping out the core. The purchased small pot is perfect for serving meat, cereals, pasta or vegetables. With all this, if you make stuffed squash with meat, keep in mind that the vegetable itself will cook faster, so the meat must be cooked before the inside is placed in the squash.
