Ingredients needed

  • water – 0.5 tbsp

  • wheat flour – 500 gr
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • dry yeast – 7 g
  • sunflower oil – 5 – 6 tbsp
  • cow's milk – 125 ml
  • chicken eggs – 1 piece
  • drink – 125 ml
  • sugar – 1 tbsp

Let's start cooking

  1. Let's start by making the dough. Take a deep bowl and pour yeast into it. Fill them with warm milk and add sugar. Let it rise for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour sugar and salt into another cup. Pour in milk, sunflower oil and beat in the egg. Mix well. Add the appropriate yeast and wheat flour to the resulting mixture. Mix the dough. When the dough is ready, put it in a deep bowl and place it in a warm space, previously covered with a kitchen towel. Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Then knead it well and divide it into 2 parts.
  3. Place one part back into the bowl, covering with a towel.
  4. Roll out the other part of the dough with a rolling pin into a layer 4 mm wide. Using a mug, squeeze out 8 cm circles. Knead the remaining dough again and roll it out. Squeeze out the circles again. We cover the resulting products with a cloth (a collection of different and interacting tissues form organs) so that they do not dry out.
  5. Take a deep container and place the minced meat in it. Add salt, pepper and mix.
  6. Then let's move on to the garlic and onions. We clean them and pass them through a meat grinder. Add to the minced meat.
  7. Cut the cheese into strips.
  8. Place 1 tsp in the center of each circle. minced meat. Put cheese on the minced meat.
  9. Fold the product in half twice. Pinch the ends of the dough at the bottom.
  10. Place parchment paper in a baking pan and grease it with butter. Place all the products in the mold in a circle. It is necessary to place them as closely as possible to each other.
  11. Having placed all the blanks in the mold, take out the second piece of dough from the bowl and do the same.

How to cook meat pie at home

To prepare meat pie at home, you need to purchase the freshest ingredients, which must be combined together. A meat pie needs the inside. To prepare the filling that will fill the meat pie, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Minced meat (pork and beef 50:50) – 600 gr.
  • Onions - 3 small heads 150 gr.
  • A few cloves of garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • Warm water – 50 ml.
  • Regular cheese – 160 gr.
  • Cow butter, butter - 40 gr.
  • Little salt, dark pepper – 7 gr.

To prepare the dough from which the meat pie will be baked, you will need.

  • Wheat flour, well sifted – 600 gr.
  • Dry ordinary tremors – 5-7 g.
  • Drink – 110 ml.
  • Refined sunflower oil – 70 ml.
  • Milk – 130 ml.
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pieces.

Making the dough

20 5 minutes before you start making the meat pie, add the yeast to the milk. Whisk two eggs with salt and sugar until a good, but not very thick foam.

Pour the drink evenly into the eggs, continuing to beat the mixture. Divide the flour into three portions for ease of handling. Pour in the first portion of flour, stir everything well.

You can change the whisk with a mixer, because the mass will be tight.

Add milk, where the trembling has already “ripened”, without ceasing to mix the existing mass. Slowly add the second part of the flour to the future dough. Remove the mixer, it will no longer be needed, and start mixing everything vigorously with your hands.

While stirring, pour in slightly warmed sunflower oil.
Add the rest of the flour, stir everything thoroughly, add water. The dough should be kneaded for at least 10 minutes to make it tight and fluffy. You can create this either in a bowl or on the countertop.

After all the manipulations, cover the bowl with cling film and leave it for an hour; you can place it near a radiator or other warm place.
After an hour, the dough is divided into two parts, one of them will be smaller, it is returned to the bowl, and the other is rolled out in the shape of a circle, approximately 4-5 mm wide.

Using a special device or an ordinary glass, small circles are squeezed out of the dough, as for dumplings; you should lightly sprinkle them with flour and leave them to dry slightly. Perhaps this part of the dough will turn out to be quite large, so you can also work with it in two steps, dividing it in half.

The second part of the dough, which lies in the bowl, should be rolled out into a flat circle. The diameter of the circle should be smaller than the size of the dish in which baking will take place, and the thickness of the dough should be no more than 5 mm.

Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil.

For convenience, you can put special baking paper where the chrysanthemum pie will be located, lightly dabbing it with sunflower oil.

Lay out a small rolled out circle - this will be the base of the pie, its center, so to speak. It should not take up the entire shape; the edges can remain free.

Prepare the minced meat, pepper and salt it to taste, add garlic.
Mix everything very carefully. Grate the cheese on a large grater and place in a separate cup. Cut the onion into thin half rings, then cut the half rings in half again and place in another cup.
