Boil the eggs hard-boiled in advance (8-10 minutes). If you cook for 8 minutes, the yolk will remain yellowish; if you cook for 10, it will turn slightly gray on the outside.

Grind half the cheese on a small grater and place it on a dish in the shape of a circle.
Cut off a corner of the mayonnaise to get a narrow stream and pour the mayonnaise over the cheese using this mesh.

The next layer is egg whites, which we separate from the yolks.
The yolks will be useful to us later. In the meantime, finely chop the whites, place them on top of the cheese and also cover them with a mayonnaise mesh. Next comes a layer of smoked chicken. It is necessary to remove the skin, chop the meat finely, and place it on top of the whites. Mayonnaise again.

Next we take pickled champignons (it will also be delicious with honey mushrooms).
Cut into pieces and place on top of the previous layer of chicken. The mayonnaise mesh comes into play again.

We grate the second half of the cheese on a small grater and this will be the next layer after the mushrooms.

The cheese will need to be crushed with your hands so that it looks as neat as possible.

The outermost layer is the yolks. Grind everything (we leave one for decoration of the finished salad). We lay out a layer of yolks and again the mesh on top.

We cut the olives into 4-8 pieces lengthwise and we get these “grains”.
If you cut them into 4 they will turn out to be the thickest, if you cut them into 8 they will be the thinnest, like mine. We spread them from the center throughout the salad, imitating sunflower seeds.

Next comes the chips, we stick them into the salad in a circle, trying to make sure everything fits moderately.

We lay out the 2nd row of “petals” at the junction of the “petals” of the bottom row. It seems to be in a checkerboard pattern.

Well, this truly royal salad is ready!

The chips are perfectly mixed with chicken, crab sticks, Korean carrots, sausage and mushrooms.

So that the chips do not have time to soften and remain crispy, serve the salads right away. And remember that mayonnaise can be prepared independently or replaced with sour cream, natural yogurt or other sauces.

1. Vegetable salad with chips, peanuts and soy dressing

Ingredients

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 cucumber;

  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil;
  • 30–50 g of chips with sour cream and herbs flavor.

Manufacturing

Cut the tomatoes in half. Chop the cucumber into large pieces and the onion into small strips. Chop the garlic and roughly tear the lettuce leaves. Add peanuts to ingredients.

Mix soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Season the salad with the resulting consistency. Add the chips and stir again.

2. Layered Sunflower salad with chips, chicken, eggs, mushrooms and olives

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs;
  • 250 g hard cheese;
  • 2 smoked chicken legs;
  • 200 g pickled champignons;
  • 300–400 g mayonnaise;
  • 100 g pitted olives;
  • 100–120 g of chips with any flavor.

Manufacturing

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Finely chop the whites. Grate the yolks and cheese on a small grater.

Peel the chicken and remove the bones. Cut the meat and mushrooms into small pieces.

Now assemble the salad in this order: half the cheese, egg whites, chicken, mushrooms, remaining cheese and egg yolks. Any layer, including the yolks, must be covered with mayonnaise. If you really like it, lubricate any 2nd or 3rd layer.
