Step-by-step production

Step 1:

I suggest using kitchen scales for accurate calculations. So, sift the baby formula into a bowl. Sifting is necessary to ensure that there are no unnecessary impurities in the mixture.

Step 2:

In literally the same way, through a strainer with small holes, sift 50 grams of cocoa powder into a bowl. At first it may seem like a lot of cocoa, but it’s not! It will be just right. The rest is left for sprinkling the candies. If you want to completely roll the candies in cocoa, but it’s hard to sprinkle, like me, then you will need more cocoa. I think in this case, about 20 grams of extra cocoa will be useful for you.

Step 3:

Add sweet powder and vanilla. I added vanilla sugar, thinking that since there wasn’t a lot of it, it would have time to dissolve. But, unfortunately, this did not work out, and the sugar did not squeak on my teeth much. For me this is not critical, but for almost everyone it will be unacceptable. Therefore, I advise you to use only vanillin.

Step 4:

Next add soft butter. Specifically soft, not liquid. To achieve the correct butter mixture, simply remove the piece from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before making the candies and leave it at room temperature.

Step 5:

Stir the mixture thoroughly with a tablespoon until smooth. The mixture of the mixture into candy must resemble soft! “Potato” cake.

Step 6:

Now all that remains is to form the candies. I chose a spherical shape and a medium size candy. I took approximately the same amount of mixture (half a tablespoon each) and rolled the balls with my hands. In the end, I got exactly 15 careful candies. Put them in the refrigerator for an hour, after which they can be served, sprinkled with cocoa powder through a strainer.

You can create candies in the form of pyramids, or distribute them into special silicone molds for candies. Once frozen, the candies will come out of the silicone mold perfectly and will turn out even, one to one.

I really liked these candies, they were moderately sweet, very chocolatey and even reminded me of the taste of condensed milk.

How did our mothers prepare sweets from “Malyutka”?

Because the Internet became accessible only in 1991, information was found in books, magazines, and if not found, then they asked friends and shared various news, for example, recipes. These are the main products. The size of the ingredients can be increased, maintaining the proportions, depending on the desired amount of candy. Ice cream can be not only ice cream, but also fruit, chocolate or creme brulee, with various fillings, but fruit ice is absolutely not suitable.

Before preparing a dish, be sure to ensure the freshness of the ingredients. Additional ingredients are snow-white chocolate and cocoa. As a candidate, milk chocolate and coconut flakes are suitable. You can also prepare such sweets with nuts, raisins or dried fruits by placing them inside the sweets. Options for sweets can be different, so you should proceed from your own preferences or the preferences of your baby. How to curiously and beautifully decorate goodies will be described below.

The development of making candy is quite simple and does not require any special skills.

  1. You need to take the ice cream out of the refrigerator and let it melt a little. To avoid waiting, it is recommended to mash it with a fork.
  2. Add baby formula “Malyutka” little by little to the softened ice cream until the mass becomes viscous and thick.
  3. Next add butter and knead until smooth.
  4. The purchased milk mass can be easily sculpted, so next you need to form small balls of similar size, or put them in molds to form figures.
