I immediately liked the recipe for pizza in a frying pan with sour cream. What could be simpler? The simple batter is poured into the frying pan, no matter what kind of entrails and cheese are added, about 20 minutes and you're done! Usually I came across dough options consisting of half sour cream and half mayonnaise, it’s delicious, but I fell in love with just sour cream dough or sour cream-kefir dough.

For a version of pizza in a frying pan with sour cream, prepare the following ingredients: flour, sour cream, chicken ham, fresh champignons, fresh herbs, peppers, tomatoes, onions, eggs, soda, spices and cheeses.

To make the inside, cut the ham, champignons, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers into slices and finely chop the garlic.

To make the dough, combine sour cream with eggs and stir.

Add flour with soda (it will be extinguished by the acidity of sour cream), salt and fragrant Italian herbs with paprika into the bowl and stir everything.

Heat a frying pan and grease it with oil. Pour the dough into the pan, place all the filling and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cook the pizza in a frying pan, covered, over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients
