My child was very happy with this casserole, apparently he was already quite tired of cottage cheese. This is also a nice way to recycle leftover porridge; we didn’t have any porridge at the moment, so I made it from rice boiled in salted water.

One might say, I stretched out the steps as best I could, so in reality it was a matter of one or two. Mix everything, load and unload. Next time I will increase the ingredients by one and a half times so that the casserole is taller. Let's get started.

  4. To the warm, but no longer hot rice, add beaten eggs, butter, vanillin and salt. Now we mix it all up very well.

1. Cabbage and rice casserole in a slow cooker.

Ingredients:
1 medium fork of white cabbage
1 glass of rice
500 grams of minced meat
1 carrot
2 onions
1 tomato
Salt, spices
3 tablespoons of sour cream
3 tablespoons of ketchup
Sunflower oil

Production:
1. Disassemble the white cabbage into leaves, pour boiling water over them for 15 minutes.
The leaves will become soft. 2. Boil the rice until fully cooked.
3. Fry onions and carrots, add diced tomato to them.
Mix with minced meat and rice. Salt to taste, sprinkle with spices. You can also add a raw egg. Mix the minced meat. 4. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place cabbage leaves on its bottom to form sides.
Place a layer of minced meat on the leaves, pour it with ketchup and sour cream sauce. You can dilute the sauce with boiled water so that it is not thick. 5. Ingredients:
Rice – 1 multi-cup
Chicken or pork fillet – 250-300 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Water – 2 multi-cups
Fresh dill – 1-2 tsp.
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp.

Chop the onion, chop the carrots, cut the tomatoes into circles.
Turn on the multicooker to “Baking”, pour in vegetable oil, lightly fry the onion, then the carrots. Add meat cut into small pieces and fry. Place rice in a saucepan and add salt. Minced meat (any kind of your choice - I used pork) - 500 g,
Onions - 4-5 pcs.,
Sunflower oil - for greasing the mold and frying the minced meat,
Butter butter – approximately 50 gr.

Boil the rice in salted water until tender using the usual method on the stove or in a slow cooker using the “Rice” program, the time is determined automatically, the proportions of water and rice are 2:1.

Beat the eggs separately in a bowl (lightly add salt), add boiled rice to the eggs. Mix well.

Fry the onions in sunflower oil, add minced meat or chicken, and fry with the onions until tender.

salt, pepper - to taste;
vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon;
butter – 30 gr.

Boil the rice in advance using the usual method in a slow cooker, let it cool and pour from the bowl into a bowl. Wash and peel the onions, rinse the cilantro.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper to taste, mix well until smooth. Pour the rice with this consistency and stir until smooth.
