We prepare a delicious salad with chicken, mushrooms, cheese and juicy tomatoes. Boil the poultry fillet, fry the champignons with onions, and simply chop the other ingredients. We season the “mix” of vegetables and meat with regular mayonnaise and, after mixing together, enjoy a hearty, juicy dish.

  • champignons - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • fresh tomatoes - 300 g;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

  1. After heating a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the finely chopped onion until lightly browned.
  2. Add mushrooms chopped into small slices. Stirring occasionally, completely evaporate the water released by the champignons. Season with salt/pepper and remove from heat.
  3. Boil and cool the chicken fillet in advance. We separate the finished meat into fibers.
  4. Grate the cheese into large strips.
  5. We tear off the stalks and cut the “meaty” tomatoes into small pieces. Vibrant tomatoes will add color to the salad and make it juicier and “fresh”.
  6. Combine all prepared ingredients in a work bowl.
  7. Mix thoroughly, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. There is no need for long-term impregnation. It’s quite easy to cool the salad by holding it on the refrigerator shelf for a little while and you can take it to the table. Serve as an independent snack or in addition to the main lunch.

Just by the name alone, everything becomes immediately clear - how could a dish that includes mushrooms, cheese, and chicken meat not be tasty? This is truly a very affectionate, tasty, truly festive salad. There are not many ingredients in this recipe, so the dish does not take long to prepare. The salad with mushrooms and chicken and cheese is laid out in layers. But if you really have no time, you can quickly combine all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl and mix with mayonnaise, the taste is the same, a little less beauty.

– chicken fillet – 300 g;
– fresh champignons – 300 g;
– boiled chicken eggs – 3 pieces;
– hard cheese – 200 g;
– onions – 1 piece;
– butter – 1 tablespoon;
– vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
– mayonnaise – 100-130 g;
– salt – to your own taste.

Step-by-step recipe with photos:


1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until fully cooked. During cooking, you can put peeled onions and carrots into the pan. When you take out the chicken meat, you are left with ready-made chicken broth, on the basis of which the next day after a rich ceremonial feast, cook a light and necessary soup. While the meat is cooking, prepare all the other components of the salad. Wash the champignons, cut into small cubes and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes, no more.


2. Now put the onions cut into small cubes here and fry everything together until the onions are fully cooked, until they acquire a beautiful golden color. At the very end of frying, add butter to the pan for taste and stir. Once the butter has completely melted, remove everything from the heat. The mushrooms and onions are ready, let them cool.


3. Grate the hard cheese into separate bowls


and boiled eggs, no matter what kind of grater - large, small or medium.

Coat this layer with mayonnaise. Next, grated eggs, mayonnaise again. Spread grated cheese in an outer layer over the entire surface of the salad and brush with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with mushrooms with chicken and cheese at your own discretion - it can be thinly sliced ​​rings of olives, olives and multi-colored bell peppers, you can figuratively cut roses from new cucumbers, you can simply arrange sprigs of the freshest herbs perfectly.

Salad with chicken, mushrooms, cheese and walnuts

I offer you a recipe for a salad with chicken, fried mushrooms, cheese and walnuts. This salad is one of my family’s favorites; it is often on our daily and festive tables. The dish is laid out in layers and coated with a mesh of mayonnaise, and then it needs to brew and soak for at least 30 minutes. If desired, for the most distinctive nutty taste, the walnuts can be roasted in advance.

Boil the eggs hard (cook from the beginning of the water boiling for 8-10 minutes), peel. Boil the chicken fillet for 35-40 minutes in salted water, cool.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan, add peeled onion, cut into small cubes.

Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes (until soft) over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then add the champignons, cut into small pieces.

Fry the mushrooms and onions until golden brown and the water evaporates (for 5 minutes), stirring occasionally, add salt, and cool.

Mix 1 tablespoon of sour cream with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, add finely chopped garlic (1-2 cloves) and salt, mix.

Cut the boiled fillet into small pieces and mix with the consistency of mayonnaise and sour cream.

Place the chicken in an even layer on a flat plate.

Lay out the next layer of eggs, grated on a large grater, and apply a mesh of mayonnaise on top.

The next layer is cooled fried champignons with onions. Pepper on top and cover with a mesh of mayonnaise.

Now spread the grated cheese on a large grater and apply a mayonnaise mesh.

Chop the walnuts separately and sprinkle them on top of the salad.

Let the very tasty, wonderful salad prepared with chicken, mushrooms, walnuts and cheese brew for 30 minutes, decorate with herbs and serve. I am sure that after trying this dish, you will want to return to this easy and successful recipe more than once!
