  • Drink – 120 ml.
  • Margarine – 200 g.
  • Apples – 3 pcs.
  • Butter – 50 g.
  • Sugar – 160 g.
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp.
  • Soda – 2/3 tsp.
  • Sweet powder.
  • Testicles – 2 pcs.

Manufacturing process:

  1. Bring the margarine to a softened state and mix it with eggs, sugar and salt, beat everything with a mixer so that there are no lumps left and the sugar and salt are very dissolved.

Brush the buns with egg wash and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

KEFIR CAKE

Manufacturing:

Beat the whites and eggs well.
Add butter and drink. Then sugar, baking powder, salt, cognac and zest. Stir in flour. Add raisins. Pour the dough into a mold that has been greased and sprinkled with flour (I have a silicone mold, so I only lightly greased it with oil).
