Prepare ingredients for tongue salad.
Cook the tongue and pork in advance and cool. The cooking time for pork tongue from the moment of boiling is 1.2-1.5 hours. Cook the pork for 30-40 minutes from the moment it boils. For smell and taste, you can add onion, aromatic pepper and bay leaf.
Cut the onion into half rings, pour in apple cider vinegar, add sugar. Let it marinate until we assemble the salad.
Cut the sweet pepper into strips.
Also cut the pickled cucumbers.
Also cut the boiled pork into strips or separate it into fibers, like I did.
Cut the boiled tongue in the same way.
Cut the champignons into thin slices.
Fry the champignons until golden brown. Quit to cool.
Cut the pickled ginger into small pieces. You can take the freshest ginger, grate it.
Now we are assembling the salad. Squeeze the pickled onions from the vinegar. Place onion and ginger in a salad bowl.
Add sweet peppers and pickled cucumbers.
There is also boiled pork and boiled tongue.
Add the fried champignons to the salad along with the oil in which they were fried.
Salt, pepper, add a little vinegar to taste. Mix carefully.
