- 1 tsp. baking soda;

- 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder;
- 1 tbsp. premium wheat flour;
- 0.2 kg of chewing marshmallows;
- 0.4 kg of sweet powder;
- chocolate dragee – 2 packs;
- 0.2 kg creamy toffee;
- 0.2 kg butter.
Manufacturing:
- Break 6 chicken eggs and carefully separate the yolks from the white mass.
- Using a mixer or blender, beat the protein mass until soft foam is obtained. The peaks do not have to be persistent.
- Little by little pour sweet sand into the protein mixture. We increase the speed of rotation of the whisks to the limit. Our goal now is persistent peaks.
- In a separate bowl, beat the yolks until smooth, adding almost a couple of tablespoons of sweet sand.
- Combine the protein mass with the yolks.
- Lightly stir both mixtures with a spatula.

- Select the “Baking” program mode and set the timer for 60 minutes.
- The finished sponge cake comes out fluffy.
- Let it cool slightly and carefully remove it from the multi-cooker container.
- While the cake cools one hundred percent, prepare the cream.
- In a separate bowl, combine toffee and softened butter. Beat these ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Cut the cooled biscuit base into individual shortcakes, but not very thin ones.
- Grease the cakes with the prepared cream and assemble the cake. Create a rectangular hole in the center. We will hide a surprise in it.

Manufacturing:
- Pour the drink at room temperature into a deep bowl.
- Add chicken eggs and sweet sand.
- Combine all ingredients; you can use a mixer or blender.
- Add sifted premium flour mixed with baking powder to the watery base.
- Mix the dough with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Lubricate the multicooker container with refined sunflower seed oil.
- Place the dough into the bowl. Select the “Baking” program and set the timer for 50 minutes.
- Cool the biscuit base, remove it from the multi-cooker container and grease it with any cream you like.

- Beat these ingredients until a homogeneous structure is obtained.
- We introduce pasteurized cow's milk and refined sunflower seed oil. Mix again.
- In a separate dry bowl, combine sifted high-grade flour with cocoa and baking powder.
- Add the bulk ingredients into the watery mass and stir, carefully breaking up the lumps.
- Now pour in 1 tbsp. boiling water and quickly stir everything again. Don't forget to add vanilla for flavor.
- Grease the multicooker container with butter or sunflower oil.
- Pour out the dough and select the “Baking” program mode.
- Set the timer for 60 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit with a match or toothpick.
- This chocolate cake will go well with any cream.
