Step-by-step recipe for a very tasty salad with chicken liver:

Step 1. When you first get home, you need to carefully rinse the liver under water and cut off all excess films and veins. Place a pan of water in advance and only when the water boils, lower the liver into it and after boiling, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, salt the water. We take out the finished, boiled liver and cool it one hundred percent.

Step 2. While the liver is cooking, you can put the eggs to cook on a parallel burner. From the moment of boiling, wait 10 minutes, and to prevent the shell from cracking during cooking, you can add salt to the water. After 10 minutes, cool the eggs under cool water and peel them.

Step 3. The cooking process is in full swing and so as not to waste time in vain, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a large or medium grater.

First fry the onion in heated vegetable oil until transparent, and then add the carrots. Everything is the same as if you were making the most ordinary soup dressing. 5. And to complete the layers we will have finely grated cheese. For my ring with a diameter of 19 cm, it took me 100 grams. We no longer press down the cheese, but leave it airy.

How to prepare a salad

We wash the beef liver. Place in a saucepan with bubbling salted water.

If the piece is whole, cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes. To speed up the process, you can cut the liver into several pieces. Then the production time will be reduced to 10-15 minutes. It all depends on their size.

Remove from the broth. We pierce it with a knife. There does not have to be blood inside (the internal environment of the human and animal body) . The structure of the liver must be porous. And, naturally, soft. Let cool. We remove films. Cut into strips.

How to cook vegetables

We cut the onions into thin rings.
