So, in order to prepare such an ordinary treat you will need:

  • 2 cups of rolled oats;
  • half a glass of vegetable oil;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a third of a glass of chopped walnuts;
  • 2 testicles;
  • half a glass of washed raisins;
  • packet of vanillin.

Manufacturing method

  1. Dry the rolled oats in a frying pan and grind well in a blender. You don’t have to do this, but then the flakes will be solid, which not many people like.
  2. Mix oatmeal with sugar, walnuts, washed raisins, and vanilla.
  3. Then you need to add vegetable oil and eggs to the mixture. Mix the mixture thoroughly. It is worth saying that butter cookies are best prepared using refined, flavorless oil.
  4. According to tradition, you can let the dough cool slightly in the refrigerator, then the oatmeal will swell. But you can bake it right away.
  5. As always, you should preheat the oven in advance, cover a baking sheet with baking paper (you can slightly moisten the baking sheet so that the paper lies comfortably) and with wet hands form butter cookies from the dough.
  6. It is necessary to place the cakes on a baking sheet with a small distance, so that the cookies will increase during baking.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes. until golden brown at 180 degrees.

Anyone can make fragrant and crumbly oatmeal cookies using vegetable oil. To do this, you just need to follow the step-by-step recipe.

Ingredients

  • 300 g oat flakes
  • 3 testicles
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g flour
  • 4-5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 50 grams of seeds (optional)
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • pinch of cinnamon

Recipe for making a dish at home

  1. Lightly dry the oat flakes in a dry frying pan (just a few seconds) and pour into the blender bowl. Grind the flakes to flour, add cinnamon, seeds and grind again.
  2. Mix oatmeal with vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder. Mix vegetable oil with milk. Place the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
  3. Without ceasing to beat, pour in the milk-butter mixture in a narrow stream. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator. Throw the oatmeal cookie dough with vegetable oil for half an hour to swell the flakes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cookies on a baking sheet with a spoon (1 tablespoon of dough for each). When baking, the cookies spread slightly, so you need to place the dough at a distance from each other.

Diet oatmeal cookies you'll literally love

How do you feel about oatmeal cookies? And I understand how you look at him. This is one of your most favorite delicacies. And not only because it is the taste and smell of youth (at least, this was my favorite cookie by a huge margin from everything else). And besides, because homemade oatmeal cookies are not exactly dietary, but, let’s say, more healthy than all the traditional varieties of cookies known to us.

But our current version is, indeed, dietary oatmeal cookies, which are prepared not with butter, like everything else, but with vegetable oil.

Naturally, there are also recent options like oatmeal banana cookies. that's all. But at the moment we are talking about DELICIOUS dietary cookies that our spouses and kids will eat. In any case, my husband really appreciated it and stole it with a cup of coffee in the morning))) Besides, the concept of “dietary” is different for everyone. And here the diet consists of at least two parameters: the absence of butter and the replacement of most of the flour with oatmeal.

I am sure that among you there will be admirers of this particular version of diet cookies.

If the cookies are not kept in the oven, they will turn out very soft. It reminded me of soft cookies.

Let's take a closer look at the recipe

*This recipe took me exactly half an hour, including baking.

*If you don’t have coffee sugar, you can exchange it for snow-white sugar.

*You can reduce the sugar by 50 grams. For me, for example, it was very sweet, but it was just right for my wife.

We have to:

  • raisins - 100 gr.
  • hot water – 50 ml
  • vegetable oil - 150 ml
  • sugar - 100 gr.
  • brown sugar - 100 gr.
  • egg, lightly beaten - 1 pc.
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 140 gr.
  • soda – ¼ tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oat flakes - 300 gr.

The cookies are prepared as follows:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Pour hot water over the raisins and leave to soak for 20 minutes. Then we strain, but save the water.
  3. While the raisins are soaking, whisk the vegetable oil and sugar in a large bowl.
  4. Continuing to stir evenly, add the beaten egg, water with raisins, cinnamon and vanilla essence.
  5. In the same bowl, sift flour mixed with baking soda, a pinch of salt, and add oatmeal. At the end, add raisins and mix.
  6. Place 1 tablespoon of dough on a baking sheet at a distance from each other. (You can use wet hands to shape the cookies into rounds, but I like the rustic look).
  7. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned. Then leave the cookies to cool for 10 minutes or transfer them to a wire rack.

By the way, after the cookies were finished (a couple of days later), the following dialogue took place at our house:

- Why didn’t you make enough cookies?
- Well, am I sorry to translate such good oatmeal?
Need to buy it cheaper. - I'll buy some oatmeal for you. Just do it.
