Then add ingredients to taste. Any! There can be a huge amount of insides! The top of the pizza is usually sprinkled with grated hard or soft cheese so that it melts perfectly.

The pizza must be placed in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake until the edges of the dough are golden. Serve hot.

Knead the dough from 2.5 cups of flour sifted through a sieve, a glass of warm water, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, a packet of rapid dry yeast, a teaspoon of salt.

8. Leave the pizza base for 10 minutes under a towel so that it fits slightly. Preheat the oven to high temperature in advance. For me it's 250 degrees.
