2. Simmer the prepared tenderloin without tomatoes over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into a container with vegetables.

  • sugar - a pinch;
  • acetic acid 9% - 2.5 teaspoons.

Manufacturing:

1. Process the food. Wash and remove excess. Cut the onion into rings, cut the cucumbers into small slices, cut the peppers and tomatoes into cubes or slices.

2. After performing the manipulations with the cutting, move on to the most interesting step. {Filling} the jar with layers of vegetables. Add oil to the bottom of the glass container and place onion rings.
