Tender dough for dumplings and dumplings with kefir - recipe

Look how tender it is on the inside, with air bubbles, not clogged with flour. It makes good products. If you like to cook, be sure to try this recipe. You will feed your entire family well. I use the most ordinary products.

Ingredients:

  • 125 ml. kefir (I have 2.5%, it needs to be slightly warmed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 testicle
  • 1 tablespoon oil (refined vegetable)
  • 300 grams of wheat flour (you may need a little more or a little less)

Step 1

It’s simple, let’s prepare the food, although I didn’t put the vegetable oil in the frame, I missed it. I sifted the flour and took the middle egg.

Step 2

I pour the drink into a bowl, 1.5% or 2.5% is suitable, you can also take homemade. It needs to be heated, it should be warm, but not hot, do not overheat it.

I add one medium-sized chicken egg.

Step 3

Add salt and baking soda (ordinary baking soda). I stir with a fork to combine the yolk and white.

Step 4

Pour in refined vegetable oil. I show everything step by step, but it’s so simple, any child can do it.

Step 5

I pour the watery component into the flour and mix everything. I added half the flour so that I could add it in parts.

Step 6

When the dough reaches its thickest consistency, I add another portion of flour. I mix with a spoon or a fork, no matter what.

Step 7

I pour out the remaining flour and place the dough on the table. I knead it with my hands. I do this for 10 minutes.

Step 8

This is how the dough looks after I kneaded it on the table, let me remind you that it takes me about 10 minutes. According to the rules, I give him a rest. Cover with a clean towel or an inverted bowl. And let him rest for another 5 minutes.

It is a little sticky, but quite pleasant to work with, sprinkle the table with flour, and dip your fingers in the flour when modeling, and then everything will be fine.

After that, I divide it into 2 parts, sprinkle the table with flour, and roll it out into a layer with a rolling pin, then cut out circles with a glass for dumplings, and with a glass for dumplings. Then the scheme is the usual, the inside, and modeling.
