How to make soup with dumplings

If you plan to cook with broth, then boil the chicken in water for half an hour in advance. Next, wash and peel all the vegetables. I cut the potatoes into cubes and put them in a pan with broth.

I finely chopped the onion into cubes and chopped the carrots on a large grater. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables until golden brown. I sent the fry into a pan with potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste, added bay leaf.

To prepare the dough for choux dumplings, I took a separate bowl (a small ladle or pan will do), poured water into it, added salt and oil. Bring it to a boil.
