Ingredients:

  • chicken breast (500 g);
  • champignons (500 g);
  • walnut (100 g);
  • onion (1 pc.);
  • chicken egg (6 pcs.);
  • mayonnaise (150 g);
  • salt and pepper (to taste);
  • dill/parsley/other fresh herbs (for decoration).

Manufacturing:

  1. Wash the chicken breast, put it in boiling water and add salt when it boils again. Cook until cooked and leave in the broth until it cools so that the chicken is juicy.
  2. Boil hard-boiled eggs (no more than 10 minutes), cool in cool water, peel and finely chop or grate.
  3. We wash the champignons well in water. Finely chop and fry in a frying pan in butter. You can also simply boil the mushrooms whole for 10-15 minutes and then chop them.
  4. Peel the onions and chop them into cubes. Place it in a frying pan with mushrooms, fry until tender, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan (without fat), and then grind them into crumbs using a blender or pound in a mortar.
  6. Remove the chicken meat from the broth, separate the skin and disassemble it into fibers. You need to divide it into two equal parts.
  7. Let's start collecting the salad. To do this, we will use a culinary hoop; you can also lay out the layers in a deep salad bowl, without forgetting to grease any with mayonnaise. Place half of the shredded chicken breast first.
  8. The next layer is half of the champignons with onions.
  9. Place one part of the crushed eggs on the mushrooms.
  10. We continue to create layers from the second part of the goods, without changing the order and greasing them with mayonnaise.
  11. Place the dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then remove the hoop and sprinkle nut crumbs on top and decorate with herbs.

  • salt (to taste);
  • pepper (to taste).

Manufacturing:

  1. Fill the mushrooms with water and set to cook for 10-15 minutes. Then we put it in a colander and cut it into strips.
  2. Peel the onion, finely cut into cubes and begin to fry in vegetable oil. After the onion turns golden, add the chopped champignons and fry for another 5 minutes.
  3. Boil the chicken, cool in the broth, and then cut into small cubes. Place it on a plate as the first layer of salad, giving it the shape of a circle (you can use a culinary ring), grease it with mayonnaise.
  4. We clean the hard-boiled eggs and finely chop them with a knife. Place them on the chicken and coat with mayonnaise.
  5. Place the next layer - fried champignons with onions.
  6. Grate the cheese on a large grater, peel the garlic and squeeze it through a press, add mayonnaise and mix well. Spread the cheese mixture in the next layer.
  7. Lightly fry the walnuts and then chop them. Sprinkle the salad with nut crumbs and let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.

Manufacturing:

The mushrooms and prunes in this salad give it a special taste. The salad does not require preparatory cooling in the refrigerator; it is possible and even necessary to serve the salad right away to the table so that the cheese does not dry out.

To make a salad with prunes, chicken and mushrooms, prepare the products according to the list.

Chop the mushrooms and cut the onion into half rings.

We brew prunes in boiling water for 20 minutes, then drain the water.

Fry the champignons and onions in oil, and finally add salt and pepper to taste. Cool.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cool. Then we cut it.

Lay the salad in layers, covering it with mayonnaise: 1 layer – chicken fillet.

2nd layer - mushrooms with onions, there is no need to grease the layer, because... mushrooms - with butter.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Wash the prunes, pour boiling water over them and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Drain the water and cut the prunes into small cubes. Boil the eggs, cool and peel.
Grate the whites and yolks separately into different bowls.
Set aside one yolk for decoration. Grate the cheese on a medium or large grater.
Chop the walnuts.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Wash the champignons, dry and cut into small cubes.
In a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry the onion until soft.
Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring, for 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper. Cool. Remove the champignons and onions from the pan and drain the frying oil.

Peel the garlic and pass through a garlic squeezer.
