  • beef (pulp) – 500 g,
  • pickled cucumbers – 2-3 pieces (200 g),
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves,
  • chicken eggs - 4 pieces,
  • walnuts – 100 g,

How to prepare Tsarevich salad with beef

  1. Cut the beef, cooked in advance and cooled into strips.
  2. Advice. If you decide to create a salad with chicken, fry the fillet in a frying pan: and in 6 minutes you will get a good result.
  3. We also boil chicken eggs in advance, cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
  4. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes the same size as the eggs.
  5. Advice. For the salad, it’s best to take those pickled cucumbers that you covered with your own hands for the winter: there’s a lot of vinegar in store-bought ones.   1. Cook the beef until cooked (don't forget to add salt to the water). Let the meat cool, and then cut it into thin cubes or disassemble it into fibers.
  2. Boil the eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.
  3. Remove the cucumbers from the marinade and chop them into small square pieces, mix with finely chopped garlic.
  4. Let’s start “assembling” the components of the dish. We distribute half the portion of boiled beef along the bottom of a common salad bowl or immediately into portioned plates (as in our example), grease with mayonnaise. The meat layer must be coated especially carefully so that the salad does not come out dry.
  5. Next, distribute half of the cucumbers. We apply the mayonnaise layer again, but not so abundantly.
  6. Place half a portion of eggs on top of the cucumbers, coat them, and lightly sprinkle with salt/pepper if desired. Then we repeat the layers again in the same order.
