An ordinary homemade soup, which we will prepare with vegetables and stew. Almost everyone will probably like this tasty and satisfying first course, because sometimes the simpler the better. This kind of vegetable soup with meat comes out especially fragrant in a cauldron over a fire - be sure to cook it at the dacha!

In my opinion, the current recipe does not even need any introductory words about options for substituting goods and the features of their manufacture. In fact, use good quality stew, fry it and don’t forget to add fragrant herbs. That's all the secrets!

Making a dish step by step:

To make this ordinary, tasty and satisfying soup, we will need the following ingredients: water, stewed meat (I used beef, but pork is excellent), potatoes, onions, carrots, celery root, refined vegetable oil, herbs, salt, aromatic pepper and Bay leaf.

First, let's prepare the vegetable frying, thanks to which the finished soup will turn out especially fragrant. Peel large carrots, onions and a quarter of celery root and cut into small cubes. If you don't have celery root, just leave it out.

In a frying pan, heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable (I use sunflower) oil without aroma and add the chopped vegetables. Fry over medium heat, stirring, until soft and appetizingly golden brown.

While the frying is being prepared, peel 4 potatoes (medium size) and cut them randomly, as usual for soup. Some people like it in cubes, while others prefer it in small cubes.

Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pan and add the cooked potatoes. Of course, the amount of water may vary from what is indicated in the recipe (it all depends on how thick you like your first courses).

Additionally, add a bay leaf and a few peppercorns to the pan. Place on high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to moderate and cook the potatoes until they become practically soft.

Now the frying is ready - the vegetables are browned and smell very tasty.

Place them in a saucepan, stir and cook the soup further over very moderate heat.

We cut the beef stew (I have a 330 gram can) with a knife or simply cut it into pieces with a fork.

Add to soup. If you store the stew in the refrigerator, the meat juice will transform into jelly - we also put it in the pan, and at the same time rinse the jar with bubbling broth so that all the goodness goes into the soup. During this period of time, the potatoes have already become soft, and the frying is also ready.

Salt the soup to taste, and remove the bay leaves and allspice - they have given off their own smell and are no longer needed. I highly recommend not using chopped fresh herbs (I used dill and parsley), which can be replaced with frozen ones out of season. Stir, taste for salt and adjust to taste if necessary.

Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let the soup with stewed meat brew for 10 minutes.

A very simple recipe and a delicious result. If desired, you can add sour cream to the soup. Cook for your health, friends, and bon appetit!

  1. Grate the peeled carrots on a small grater. Cut the onion into small cubes. If it is small, then you can take a couple of onions.
  2. Set the multicooker to “Frying” mode. Place fat from a can of stewed meat at the bottom of the bowl or pour in vegetable oil. Fry the vegetables until golden.
  3. Peel 4-5 potatoes and cut them into medium pieces.
  4. Place the potatoes in the slow cooker to fry. Pour in all the cereals and fill with water.

In this recipe I will tell you how to cook stew soup over a fire. We often go out into the countryside with tents and, between eating barbecue, we want to eat something light. And then this soup helps out.

  1. First, we make a fire, put a net, and a cauldron on it and pour in 2-3 liters of drinking water.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into random pieces and throw them into the water. I would like to immediately warn you that there is no need to rush with salt, because the stew will already be salty.
  3. If you cook soup with cereal, then add it right away with the potatoes. We will need an incomplete glass or about 100 grams. If it is any type of pasta, then it must be added 15 minutes after the water and potatoes boil. They also need no more than 100-120 grams, otherwise you risk cooking the potato and pasta side dish.
  4. Place a frying pan next to the cauldron and put the fat from the stew on it.
  5. While it is melting, cut the peeled carrots into narrow strips and the onion into small cubes. If you have bell peppers, you can also add them to the roast.
  6. Transfer the vegetables to the pan and fry until lightly golden.
  7. We send it to the cauldron.
