Persimmon dishes

The idea to bake a pie appeared spontaneously. Well, I wanted something sweet, light and easy for tea. And in the refrigerator there are only two persimmons, eggs and sour cream. Somehow I had never come across baked goods with persimmons before, and I didn’t know how they would behave during heat treatment. But I tried it and was satisfied. I liked the usual, juicy soft pie with sweet persimmons and was eaten with pleasure during evening tea.

Moist, heavy, fragrant and very tasty - all this is about the persimmon pie, which I suggest you prepare for tea during the persimmon ripening season.

If you like chocolate desserts like brownies, fondant, etc., I’m sure you’ll like this chocolate persimmon pie. Persimmon pulp adds moisture and chewiness to the cake and successfully mixes with the taste of chocolate.
