  • Minced meat – 300 gr. It is better to take minced meat from chicken or turkey fillet. If you want the dish to be satisfying, then minced lamb or mixed (pork and beef) will do;
  • Onion – 1 head;
  • Chicken egg – 1 piece;
  • Carrots – 1 piece;
  • Tomato – 1 piece;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • Potatoes – 3 pieces;
  • The freshest greens.

Manufacturing method:

  1. Grate the onion on a small grater, mix it with minced meat and eggs;
  2. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator for 15 minutes;
  3. Grate carrots and sauté together with onions and vegetable oil;
  4. Add finely chopped tomato to the carrots, sauté until the moisture evaporates;
  5. We take out the minced meat and begin to form small meat balls with wet hands;
  6. Place a couple of bay leaves and meatballs into boiling water;
  7. Add finely chopped potatoes to the broth;

A step-by-step recipe for soup with meatballs will allow you to quickly and accurately prepare the first dish. A light soup will be more filling if you add rice to the meatballs. There are 2 options for making this dish: with fried and regular boiled meatballs.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat – 250 g;
  • Rice – 3 tablespoons;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Egg – 1 piece;
  • Potatoes – 4 pieces;
  • Carrots – 1 piece;
  • Onion – 1 piece;
  • Tomato – 1 piece;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Manufacturing method:

  1. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the minced meat;
  2. Beat the egg and rice into the minced meat and grate half of the onion on a small grater;
  3. Mix the minced meat well, add salt and pepper, and leave for 15 minutes;
  4. Sauté finely chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil, then add potatoes and tomatoes. Close the lid. Stir constantly so that the vegetables do not burn. If there is not enough water, you can add water;

Just add 2-3 tablespoons of pearl barley or buckwheat to boiling water. The cereals are cooked for 20-25 minutes, then meatballs, fried carrots and onions, and potatoes are added to them.

Manufacturing

Prepare minced meat for meatballs. Cut a large onion into cubes. In a bowl with minced meat, add onion, washed rice, also a chicken egg, salt (1 tsp) and pepper (1/3 tsp).

Mix the minced meat well. Form meatballs - large ones, weighing approximately 75-80 g.

To fry, cut the onion into quarter rings, the bell pepper into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a large grater. In a saucepan with a thick bottom (take a wide one, if you have one at home, this will make it easier for you to cook soup, skim off the foam, etc.) heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the onion until soft.

Then add carrots. Fry for another 3-4 minutes.

At the end, add a spoonful of tomato paste and bell pepper. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add peeled potatoes, cut into four pieces. Pour boiling water above the level of the potatoes. Salt the water to taste.

Place the meatballs on top of the potatoes.

Cover with a lid and cook until tender, 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs. Bon appetit!

  1. First, let's use minced meat to create meatballs for the soup. Finely chop the onion and place it in a bowl. Add minced meat, 30 g of rice, egg, salt.
  2. Knead the minced meat thoroughly.
  3. Pour a little flour onto a plate, form the minced meat into balls and roll them in flour.
  4. Heat a little sunflower oil in a frying pan and lay out the meatballs. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Finely chop the remaining onions and carrots.
  6. Remove the skins from the tomatoes and cut them very finely. We also cut the sweet pepper into small pieces.
  7. Peel the potatoes and cut into medium pieces.
  8. Boil water in a saucepan, add meatballs and potatoes. Add the remaining rice to the pan and stir. Leave on medium heat.
