1. Brew 150 ml of strong coffee or dilute instant coffee in boiling water, but remember that then its dose must be less than

  • Instant coffee – 30 g

Peel the kiwi, chop with a blender (it’s better to throw in a few slices for decoration), add 0.5 tbsp. l. sugar, stir.

Place the curd mass into glasses in layers, alternating with a layer of kiwi. Garnish with kiwi pieces and mint leaves if desired.

  • 300 g flour
  • 0.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. l. ground coffee
  • 60 g almonds
  • 60 g walnuts

  1. Remove the zest from the orange and chop the nuts coarsely. In a deep bowl, stir all the dry ingredients, adding the nuts. Lightly beat the eggs and zest. Add them to the dry consistency.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment, which you then sprinkle with flour. Form a loaf or a couple of loaves from the finished dough, having previously sprinkled your hands with flour.
  3. Bake these products in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 180 degrees. Next, take out the loaf, let it cool, cut into slices and place on a baking sheet. Cook for another 8 minutes in the oven.

  • 180 ml sour cream 15%
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tsp. Sahara
  • 20 g gelatin
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
  1. Soak gelatin in a tablespoon of water. Dilute the coffee with milk, put it on the fire and bring to a boil. Whisk the yolk, while doing so, add sugar and pour hot milk evenly.
  2. Place the container with the mixture on low heat, stirring, and warm up. As the mass begins to thicken, remove it from the heat. Pour gelatin into the container, stir everything until smooth.
  3. Then cool the mixture, add sour cream to it and stir everything again. Divide the panna cotta into bowls and place them in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. To remove the jelly from the bowls, dip it in boiling water for a couple of seconds.
  4. Next, carefully run a knife along the sides and turn the panna cotta over onto a plate. We ended up with 2 medium-sized portions, which need to be put in the refrigerator for another half hour before serving.
