While the zucchini is resting, you can prepare the filling and sauce.

I found raw smoked sausage in the refrigerator, I cut it into strips. You can replace it with boiled sausage, ham or boiled chicken if you follow a healthy diet or simply don’t like sausages. There are no restrictions here, do whatever you want.

Cut the tomato into thin rings. If you have cherry tomatoes, simply cut them in half. Finely chop the greens. Grate the cheese on a large grater.

The most important part of pizza is the sauce. You can simply spread mayonnaise on the pizza, but no one in my family eats it, so sour cream is used. In a bowl, combine sour cream, half of the chopped herbs, salt and garlic, passed through a garlic press. Mix well, the sauce is ready. You can add any spices if you wish.
