A method of making extremely tender chicken fillet in a fragrant marinade. Turkey breasts are made similarly, but they are baked a little longer.
Ingredients
Four cloves of garlic;
130 grams of mayonnaise;
170 grams of cheese;
prunes and nuts as desired.
Manufacturing
The chicken must be cut into slices, but not thinly. Approximately about 1 centimeter. Then we take a hammer and lightly beat any piece, just a little.
Mix mayonnaise with peeled, finely crushed garlic and season with salt, pepper, you can just use chicken seasonings.
Rub the breasts on both sides with sauce, place them on top of each other, cover with something and leave to marinate.
You can add prunes and nuts to this dish. To do this, soak the dried fruits and cut them into strips or cubes. You only need a few nuts, just chop or grate them.
Place the breasts marinated for 30-40 minutes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with prunes and nuts.
Grate the cheese. Place fillet pieces on top.
Bake at 200 for approximately 25-30 minutes. Snow-white meat should not be overcooked, otherwise it will turn out dry and hard.
Exotic chicken with mayonnaise and garlic in the oven
Another recipe for breasts with cheese, but this dish features the addition of canned pineapple. It will give the bird an unusual taste.
Ingredients
8 pineapple rings;
220 grams of cheese;
120 grams of mayonnaise;
8 cloves of garlic;
0.5 tsp. dark pepper.
Manufacturing
Cut each breast lengthwise into two parts. Place on a board, cover with film or a regular bag, and tap with a hammer.
Create a marinade of garlic and mayonnaise, season it with black pepper and salt. Grate the pieces, place in a bowl, cover. You can use the film through which you beat it. Let it marinate.
