Recipe for “Tiffany Salad”:

Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a towel. Cut along the plate. Pepper them and salt them. Fry in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. We immediately begin to create the molding. Place the mold on a flat plate. It can be round, square. Ours now is in the shape of a heart. Place pieces of chopped meat on the bottom.

Cut the lettuce leaves into small pieces or tear them with your hands. Send it to the mold with the second layer. Cover any layer with a mesh of mayonnaise.

Grind the nuts in a blender.
Sprinkle lettuce leaves with crumbs. It gives the dish a typical taste. Grate the eggs on a large grater.

Tiffany salad

Thanks to its unusual design, the Tiffany salad resembles in its appearance a unique piece of jewelry made of precious stones. This is probably why the dish got its name. This salad is not only beautiful, but also indescribably tender. A traditional combination of chicken fillet, cheese and nuts - what could be tastier?

In addition to walnuts, you can eat almonds, pine nuts or cashews. Grapes impart a sweetish taste to the dish and make it juicy and special. If desired, you can use grapes of different colors, laying them out in a circle or in the form of a spiral. It will turn out original and beautiful. This salad can be prepared with homemade mayonnaise, then the dish will turn out even tastier and healthier.

The personality of this salad is the curried chicken breast fried until golden brown. If you use frozen meat, you need to defrost it in advance. Naturally, it is better to eat chilled fillet, then the meat will be the most juicy. Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Let's clean it from films and grease. Carefully cut the meat so that thin pieces of fillet come out. Salt the meat and rub in the curry. Leave the fillet for 5-10 minutes so that it marinates with spices.

Pour vegetable oil into a non-stick frying pan and place it over medium heat. When the oil is hot enough, place the chicken fillet in it and fry the meat until golden brown on both sides. Place the finished fillet on a napkin so that it absorbs excess oil.

Let the meat cool and cut it into narrow strips.

Hard-boil chicken eggs. To do this, after boiling, we will cook them for 10 minutes. Then add hot water, cool the eggs and peel them. Grate the eggs on a large grater.

Grind a piece of hard cheese using the same method as eggs: grate it on a grater with large holes.

For Tiffany salad, the pieces of nuts should be quite small. Walnuts or almonds can be cut with a knife, but grind them even faster using a blender.

A few seconds and you're done.

Let's wash the grapes. Cut each grape in half and carefully remove the seeds. In this way, we will remove the seeds from all the grapes.

Place the washed and dried lettuce leaves on a large flat dish.

Place the chicken fillet cut into strips on top. Lubricate the meat with a small amount of mayonnaise and distribute it over the meat in a narrow, even layer.

Now sprinkle the chicken fillet with chopped nuts.

The next layer is grated hard cheese.

Tiffany salad can be prepared in advance - it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator without losing its own taste properties. The only thing is that in this case the lettuce leaves may wilt, so it is better to decorate the edges of the salad with them just before serving.

All products must be thoroughly washed and dried. Meat and eggs are boiled and chopped according to the recipe. All grapes are removed from the branches and seeds are removed, if any.   • Snow-white grapes – 150-170 g;
  • 50 g almonds;
  • 150 g mayonnaise;
  • Curry seasoning – 3 tbsp. l.

Manufacturing method:

Prepare chicken fillet: to do this, you need to wash the meat properly and roll it in curry. Afterwards, fry over medium heat in vegetable oil. Cooking the chicken will take about 15-20 minutes. Wash the chicken meat under cold running water, cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil with salt and pepper until cooked. Grate the cheese on a small grater; you can chop the cashew nuts with a rolling pin. But this won’t make the salad any better and won’t taste any better.

There are several more aspects that need to be taken into account in the process of making this snack. The taste of the dish depends almost entirely on the method of chopping the nuts. If you want the most intense and pronounced taste, then it is better not to chop the nuts very finely.
